Hired RCS to fix a problem with generator on my boat from shutting off.I had done a full maintenance program first.They came out and charged me 700.00 totell me they needed to do exactly what I had just done.I told this to them but their mechanic who doesn't speak any english did not understand.They wanted to charge me 2,000.00 dollars for basically an oil change So they never fixed problem.Major waste of money

Stay away from RCS. This company charge me 399 for a estimate and never showed to complete the job because "We where to far". They have only one location in Cape Coral but said that a branch was close to us. Total LIARS / SCAMMERS.

these guys say they will fix on site for 350 dollars, so i have them come out to house, first he looked dumbfounded when he took control panel off then i explained what happened and 10 amp fuse blows on install, he called shop a few times then told me he wanted to take it back to shop for a 75 dollar fee each way, i asked if he was gonna DIAGNOSE the unit now he said tech at shop would do that. then he asked if i had any more fuses so i gave him one and tada he tells me it blew again DUUUHHH, thats why your here. they charged me 165 dollars for sending out a moron, then my wife and i DIAGNOSED IT with generac trouble shooting guide and multi meter in about 3 hours. runs like new. PHUCK these guys do it yourself save 500 and the time without your machine

My generator broke down in the middle of the night. They dispatched a technician and My generator was repaired in less than one hour.
