Perhaps one of the scariest things is the need to have a snake removed from your property. That was our reality and we are SOOO very thankful to Ned at Wildlife Whisperer for coming to our aid. It was on a Sunday and he was quick to answer his phone and arrived shortly after at hour home. He gave us clear and helpful instructions over the phone as we waited for him, and within five minutes of his arrival, had the snake safely put in his bucket. Ned is clearly skilled in this type of service and is so friendly. After the catch, he stuck around and talked with us a bit to educate us about what sorts of things attract snakes and specifically walked the perimeter of our home to make some basic suggestions. Just a really nice, down-to-earth guy who was there when we needed him. We recommend him fully, without any reservation if you're in the Pine Island, Cape Coral, Fort Myers areas and need some wildlife attention. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Ned. This review is long overdue. Ned helped me when a raccoon and her babies were stuck in my attic. This was over a year ago, yet I am still eternally grateful for his service. He made a stressful experience (for me) educational and guided the family to relocate. He is an amazing human. Thank you.

I called this facility for assistance with a baby rabbit that needs help, unfortunately this is the only survivor of three from my fenced in backyard when I let my dog out in the back, she must’ve found the nest and proceeded to attack them. I was able to save the one so I figured what was best for the rabbit instead of putting it back in my yard where the dog could potentially get back in the nest I would call and give the rabbit it’s best shot at life rather than a tore up nest. Well, when I proceeded to call Ned, the owner of this facility whom thought that it was in his best interest to proceed to shame me and pity party me into making a donation to a facility because I failed to walk my dog on a leash within my fenced backyard and state because of my negligence within my own property. He didn’t wanna take the rabbit in and suggested that I just bring it to Blue Pearl and make a donation and that I should also go to these facilities and see how many baby rabbits die each day due to people like me not walking there dogs on a leash; stating that it would make me cry (unprofessional may I add). I would be 100% supporting of these statements if it wasn’t my own fenced in backyard where it is 100% legal to have my dog off leash. If was walking down the sidewalk and this happened that would be a different story unfortunately this wasn’t the case. It is not that I have no sympathy for the situation hence the reason why I even reached out to find a facility to take the rabbit in to give it the best chance at life but whenever I call into a facility that is supposed to help with wildlife, I shouldn’t be met with a pity party and shame to be thrown at me in doing so. Very disappointed by his behavior in how he handles situations. I really hope in the future he knows how to handle situations better rather than shaming individuals who’s only goal when calling in is to seek help regardless of the situation.

We had some critters in our attic. I tried various devices and and harmless traps without success. We researched and were fortunate to have found Ned at A Wildlife Whisperer. He came out quickly and thoroughly evaluated our property and spent a lot of time showing us the weak/entry point and his recommended treatment. In addition, he spent an hour on the phone with me the following evening answering further questions/concerns. This was all done at no charge prior to us hiring him. Who does that in this day?
We hired Ned and what I really liked is he did all the work himself. He was successful in encouraging the critters to leave without harming them or the environment after his suggested treatment plan. He spent a lot of time in securing our home and we are now secure and have no concerns about further inhabitants.
I have contacted Neds many weeks later and he responds immediately and again takes the time to answer ask my questions. He’s there to service you well after the work is done!

I cant say enough good things about Ned. He helped me after the Iast hurricane. I had a rat infestation. He took care of all the places they had chewed into my cottage, roof top. while I was back home in Ohio. NOW, he took time to go to my place and make sure, they had not returned after this past hurricane. He sent me pictures, all good, inside. I do have some outside clean up to do and roof and fence damage, when I get back down there. Thank you Ned and God Bless You.

Ned handled our raccoon “problem” humanely. It was entertaining watching the process seeing the mama come out and call her babies out. Ned was so knowledgeable and compassionate. He cares about the wildlife and teaches you about conservation along the way.

Ned was incredibly professional and knew exactly how to solve our pest problem. He showed up on time and the entire process was seamless from beginning to end and was very generous with his time.

Anyone looking for trapping or pest services (ours was iguanas) don’t hesitate to give him a call, I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Ned organized and oversaw construction of am osprey platform for me which has been a great success and also installed a deterrent system on my roof. Ned did excellent and timely work. I recommend him

This guy is absolutely horrible and has a terrible attitude for no reason.
I called due to a raccoon issue, my neighbor has cats and he continually blamed me for my neighbor having some inside/outside cats, told me that animal services in the county wont even help me because it's somehow my job to get my neighbor to stop feeding her cats and acted like ive called asking for this to be done a million times when it never once has been an issue until now, telling me id have to pay $650 dollars a week for anyone to do trapping for me because i wont talk to my neighbor about the problem (when me and multiple others, including the county, HAVE talked to her)
Terrible attitude. Awful man.
He also said he would "never bother driving an hour for only one animal" which just shows how he doesnt actually care at all about any animals. Certainly not a "whisperer", more like a "wildlife grifter"- that would be a more fitting name.
If hes this 🗑 to humans I cant imagine hes decent to animals, no matter if he claims to be or posts photos making it seem like he is.
Go to someone else. For the good of the animals and to keep yourself from dealing with someone acting like a petulant child. Super unprofessional.
Attaching a screenshot to show we did indeed have a conversation. I have since blocked his number, because he attempted to argue with me and insult me when I simply ended the conversation with "you should really work on your attitude and professionalism if youre in this line of work".
Thank goodness for social media and reviews. I wish I had recorded the conversation, unfortunately I had no idea someone in this line of work would be so rude. Such a shame.

Ned was great to work with. Completed the repairs in a timely manner. He broke items into categories so you could pick and choose what you wanted to have done. We chose to have everything done as I don't want rodents in my house. His fee was very reasonable. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

I had a big Issue with Raccoons getting into my house. I called Ned and he responded and came out that same day. He expressed a different approach as I had this happen before and other companies I hired just trapped and moved them and hopefully never to return.Well that lasted awhile but they or other raccoons will show up. Ned's way of getting them out but not necessarily relocate but to educate the animals not move in but move on to a different environment that they could live in. Then securing/ re-enforcing the building at strategic locations from never happening again. Ned was very response thru the whole process with updates and pictures along the way. He was very professional , clean and courteous . He handled the whole extraction from beginning to end . I would highly recommend Ned & his approach to animal removals. Ken

Ned’s service is top-notch! His expertise and experience really show, and he has a unique, respectful approach when working with raccoons (our issue). He’s professional, transparent, fair, and incredibly detail-oriented. Truly stands out—highly recommend!

Meeting Ned was a different experience....in a positive way! In SWFL when you call for rodent/wildlife service or most other services in the area, you get a friendly person who warms you up and then scares you into contracts or oversells their services. Ned listened to me first about our rodent/wildlife issue and then educated me on what the real problem was....our house and the way some builders in our area cut corners which led to my non-paying tenants. Without any cost he provided me with his solution options to those problems while evicting my non-paying renters in a humane way. Initially I was skeptical but as he started his work, I quickly became more confident is his work. This was because his communication was timely and detailed. The process took a little longer than I was initially expecting but his work in sealing up the house, evicting the critters and keeping me posted on all details made it all worth it. I would highly suggest calling Ned for your wildlife removal needs, especially if you want it done right and humanely!

I highly recommend The Wildlife Whisperer. You will not find a more knowledgeable person to deal with uninvited guests in and around your home. We have a relatively new house that we thought was very sound and not susceptible to critters. Well, we were wrong.

Ned responded quickly to my initial call and was out the same day. He found the problem area right away and it turned out to be lazy and deceptive work on some soffit and metal work near a valley on our roof. He set up trail cameras to see what was going on and texted and emailed us videos the next morning showing the activity.

He checks your entire house for potential areas where animals can cause problems and lets you choose how far you want to go. We chose to do everything he recommended and he got right to work. Ned is a super hard worker and his experience is immediately obvious.

His process is interesting and you have to be patient. He's not the guy that's going to show up to poison or kill your problem. He knows the habits of animals and uses multiple methods to encourage them to go back to nature or find an easier target.

From our first call to his last visit, he was great to work. I learned a lot about his job and the animals he works so hard to evict. I would recommend him to everyone who has a problem of this nature.

Updating to address the owner's response claiming no record of service. I have a direct text message quote from the owner containing his name, the company name, and the specific project details for my property. A week after the quote, he arrived for the first project but left because he lacked the necessary equipment. He returned for the second project but immediately demanded new payment terms not specified in his text quote, then walked away. I have the complete text thread and time stamps to verify this entire interaction.
