Work performed on a timely and satisfactory manner by the technician; however difference in billing, caused by a miscommunication with the office was resolved adequately. I would recommend and use them in the future.

Brandon & Grant were very polite and took their time in checking the system and showed & told me if something needed repair. I felt bad because it was cold and very windy.

While Ryan did a good job adjusting coverage and clearing around the sprinklers, The sprinklers themselves and their surrounding protective collars were left a mess. In one case the collar was partly on top of the sprinkler.see photo. I had to go out and clear out almost all of the collar/ sprinter heads from debris( dirt, grass etc)

Coastal Irrigation & Plumbing was responsive and timely in dealing with our sprinkler problem, and Conner was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We are very impressed.

Caesar did an excellent job clearing the overgrown grass so the sprinkler heads could pop up unobstructed. He noticed the billowing sand indicating an underground leak and repaired the leak eliminating extra connections that could potentially leak in the future. He adjusted the spray heads and discussed other watering options I will pursue in the near future. I was extremely pleased with his service.

He did a great job, made some good pointers on maintaining the system. Gave me a few pointers on routine maintenance. Would welcome him to my home again !!

Some way I was not aware that he was coming to my house on Tuesday the 17th. Because of the mix up I got billed for his time at my house while he was trying to call me. I was driving at that time and I do not talk and drive at the same time. We finally met and he did his work. I think that Costal Irrigation needs to be sure that they have contacted their customer to inform the customer that they are sending out a technician.

Jesse did the hard labor work and he was a very efficient, polite, respectful, and a super hard worker. I would give him many more stars if I could. The company is very fortunate to have him. It gives me renewed faith that not everyone is out only for the almighty dollar. I highly recommend Coastal Irrigation and Plumbing

I was called to advise of the time the tech would arrive. The tech found some issues explained options and offered the special your company was running. I agreed to the special as it would address all of the needs and then some. Thank you

Ryan at Coastal Irrigation was very conscientious and showed consideration for the home owner. Rather than transporting the soil/dirt back to his office or a dump, I found a low area to plant the extra soil/dirt and that made me very happy with Ryan’s customer service attitude and abilities. We

Austin Vickers has provided irrigation service at our home several times. Communication is excellent including arrival time, scope of work and recommendations. He is courteous, and professional. He works quickly and efficiently and obviously knows his job very well. He pays attention to details that make a big difference in the work completed. Austin is an excellent representative for Coastal Irrigation and Plumbing. We have been very pleased with the company and all the employees we have dealt with.

Jesse was very thorough and explained everything he did to evaluate my aging irrigation system. He also explained the three options for repair. I am excited to get the system repaired and operating more efficiently! I was very satisfied with the service provided. Only wish I had contacted them sooner.

Austin showed up early and quickly figured out why our sprinklers weren't working—took him about 30-40 minutes.

He explained what was broken and how much it would cost to fix. After we said yes, he finished the job in a few hours. Everything works great now.

This service was the.best clean I had ever had. Now she.has returned to cleaning as castle bright cleaning. I'm so glad we had found her, Eileen with her big smile is so easy to talk to about what I wanted to be.done and she really did above and beyond what I was really expecting. So pleased with theses girls, my house never has looked or smelled so good. Everyone should try them once you will hire her again and again. She is good.

I contacted this firm to clear out my dryer vent since my clothes were taking two cycles to dry. The guy arrived on time, was very friendly, and explained everything he was doing. It turns out that my vent was almost entirely plugged! He had it cleaned up in no time, and my dryer now works like new. I had no idea how much lint accumulated over time. It was definitely worthwhile to get this done, and I will use them again next year.
