Chris has done many projects at my home. He is always on time, professional, knowledgeable, reasonable and cleans his work area. He is coming back for some bathroom projects. You will not be disappointed.

Chris did a fantastic job today at our house. He removed rotted wood, replaced the wood, and replaced the kickplate around our outside kitchen cabinetry. Chris also fixed a stucco wall and planter box Hurricane Ian damaged and painted them. He fixed a few cabinet doors and outlets that needed replacing amongst a few more small jobs. I have already recommend him to my neighbors through our neighborhood FB for his quality work, professionalism, and no drama can do attitude. We have him book again next month to paint a few rooms in our house and hang a door. Better book him quick 😂 before all my neighbors do.

Hired property Pro to handle a few small upgrades and repairs... Chris was amazing and the customer service was phenomenal. Not only did he show up when he was supposed to and do an amazing job he also helped schedule and organize a few other larger repairs that I needed. It was so nice not to have to call and talk to and meet multiple companies Chris handled everything from start to finish it was a great experience!

Chris and his son, Hayden did a great job fixing my toilet and hanging several pictures in my home.

Chris and Hayden put in a tongue and groove ceiling in our front porch entry way and it looks amazing. Extremely polite and knowledgeable and excellent craftsmanship. I have asked them back to do our lanai next. They are HIGHLY recommended.

Nate did a great job. He cleaned around the sprinklers and raised them where necessary; cleaned the values; and installed a new remote monitoring system. He was personable and recommended improvements to the irrigation system. Will enjoy working with him each quarter.

Christian was great. He repaired the broken pipe and checked all the sprinkler heads and zone, increased water time to get rid of brown spots. I would have appreciated it if he had let me know when he arrived.

He explained himself in a very thorough way. I meant to ask him if he checked the sprinkler heads behind the waterfall. They are often overlooked. Other than that all seems to have gone very well.

We have had excellent service by Coastal Irrigation. We bought an older home and they have all done a great job helping us fix issues with the sprinklers and lighting. When the systems were cut up by putting in our new septic tank and drain field , Cesar pieced it all back together and it has worked perfectly.

Kelly knew what to do to improve the irrigation coverage on my lawn. He explained difference between sprinkler head types and how each type provided coverage. I chose to upgrade sprinkler heads for one's that streamed multiple lengths from each head and avoided overspray onto street. I am completely confident this is the improvement I needed. He also installed bubblers for my 2 planters. Thank u Kelly.

Austin is a professional and does the little things, like clear grass from around the sprinkler heads and takes the grass clumps with him. Identified wrong heads installed by previous company and provided a good estimate for all worn we wanted done.

Nate was great. He came early and called just before he came. He dug out all our sprinkler heads and checked to be sure we were getting total coverage on our lawn.

Coastal Irrigation just complered a 2nd visit of our irrigation service agreement. The service was completed by Evelio Ayala Jr. He was very professional, polite and⁹ thorough on the visit. He checked cleaned and replaced several damaged sprinkler popups. He also found a sprinkler head that was covered over by poured landscape edging. He relocated it in ordered to function properly.
Evelio exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend Coastal Irrigation and Evelio for anyone's sprinkler system that needs service

Very pleased with the Coastal Team. The team member to set the appointment was very helpful and addressed all my questions prior to my service. I had Austin Vickers as my Service Technician. He was polite, courteous and attentive to all my concerns. He assessed my system, reviewed and gave all service options. He quickly and professionally completed the Service. This is my first visit of a biannual service contract. I am very pleased with the results. I will also request Austin Vickers for my future appointments!
