Made an appointment to get my carpets cleaned and they never showed up. I tried to call them but their voice mailbox was full. Then they called me three days later and wanted to know if I wanted to reschedule. Hell no, I stayed home all day waiting for them. I got Stanley Steemer instead and they did a good job. The appointment was made by my wife Margaret Smith and scheduled for March 18, 2021 at noon. JS never showed up or called us, and we couldn't get them on the phone

I have used J S three times now. They are amazing. They are affordable, professional, and respectful of your home. I used them for carpet cleaning. The carpets look brand new after they are done. I highly recommend them.
