Melvin and his wife did a fantastic job cleaning our very dirty tiles, they look a thousand times better after cleaning. He was right on time, text to confirm and to let us know he was on his way. He was friendly and professional. We would absolutely hire him again!

Melvin and crew were very courteous, thorough with cleaning, reasonably priced and definitely not in a rush. They made sure my tile and grout was as new. Customer service was superior to any other company. Im definitely having them come back yearly.

I spoke with Melvin earlier in the week and we set up an appointment for this morning. He showed up in the time frame he said he would and quickly went to work. We are happy with the work and will recommend to anyone wishing to get their tile & grout cleaned.

End of lease repairs and cleanings can get expensive, but I was happy I didn’t have to break the bank with the affordable price I was given to clean my home. He didn’t even require me to be there, which allowed me not to miss a day of work! I will definitely be using these services again and will recommend him to family and friends!

The tiles look just like new! We are so happy with how the grout looks now- and there was quite a job to be done. Our carpets smell so fresh and clean, and even hard-to-remove stains came out. Their equipment was also able to lift the carpet fibers which had been flat for a long time. You can say we are more than satisfied with the final product :) Not to forget, they were right on time, very kind to work with, and got the whole house cleaned in a matter of hours. Melvin did an awesome job cleaning and sanitizing our tile and concrete floors after hurricane Ian flooded our home. He explained everything he was going to do and did. After Melvin was done, I felt comfortable letting my 84-year-old mother back into the house.

Melvin and his son came to my home 10 minutes early. I was very impressed by this family owned business. Melvin was accompanied by his son Melvin Junior which suggests a high level of family value. They were very well mannered and professional. They did an excellent job at a very fair price and I will use them many times again. I highly recommend them especially to pet owners because now my house does not smell like I have three cats!

We had our grout cleaned by Melvin and were given the best service! Melvin is friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He thoroughly informed us of the process and was straight forward and honest about what to expect with our sealed grout. The results were great! Our floor hasn't looked this good since we closed on our new home back in 2019. After 2 1/2 years of being there and 2 kids, our grout looked pretty bad. We are so happy with the results and will be loyal costumers of First Executive Cleaning Services for years to come.
