Found this company through a community post on Facebook while looking for an urgent landscaping job needing done. They responded and were mowing my lawn less than 12 hours later. The yard was about twice the size as they thought but they kept the word on the quoted price that was very reasonable, so I paid them double. Lawn came out looking nice as well as all the edging! Highly recommend using them for your lawn service!

Absolutely relieved after my service with cowboys! I had them come out for a 1 time cut and they had my overgrown lawn knocked down in no time. I had them recommended from the community for their trusted and punctual service and they did NOT disappoint! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for affordable and friendly service!

Trysten Thresher, the owner of Brightside is the most hardworking person that we have ever met & it was a pleasure for him & his company to work on our property here in SW Cape Coral. Had some pretty horrific experiences with companies we hired in the past couple years which resulted in unfinished work, no-shows & terrible workmanship. The other companies installed new pavers, retaining walls, steps, walkways, driveway, Captains Walk, installed, grouted & sealed travertine on our lanai & pool deck.
All their work wasn’t leveled properly, resulting in loose unlevel pavers & stones. Capstones came off. Travertine wasn’t installed properly & was grouted with the wrong kind of grout. The grout was pushed around with squeegee’s & had the consistency of soup. It started cracking and coming out within a month. The company that sealed the travertine used the wrong sealer for travertine & it was applied improperly. The sealer started to peel off right away. It looked awful. And I found out that if that sealer was stripped with the wrong chemical, the travertine would be damaged permanently. So if he didn’t know what he was doing with the sealer, we couldn’t trust him to strip it off. We decided to stop trusting the “Best of Cape Coral” signs that some of these scammer companies use in their advertising & instead, waited for recommendations from companies/people that we trust and not rush into anything. A thorough search & a lot of patience led us to Trysten, owner of Brightside. He & his company fixed everything that we wanted addressed. I wish I could post pics/videos because it was unbelievable the non-stop hard work that was going on at our house! And the respect for our property & to us. Not only professional but kind. It really bothered Trysten how much we had been taken advantage of & he so wanted to prove that not all the locals werent like what we had experienced so far. Our biggest concern was the travertine getting stripped and the correct sealer being used. Trysten did not disappoint. He removed every single speck of the ridiculous looking, shiny, varnish-like sealer that the prior company applied, cleaned it with a 2 step, hot steam pressure wash followed by a cold wash so no stripper residue was left behind. Then this incredibly hard working young man, on his hands & knees, hand troweled to re-grout our entire lanai & pool deck, which is quite large. Then cleaned the deck again & sealed with a beautiful sealer. He also had an excellent pool company (My Pool Guy) to come twice to clean the pool of anything that might’ve slipped through)
He also re-sanded all the joints on our pavers and re-leveled what was done incorrectly, pressure washed them & put the most beautiful sealer on the pavers that I’ve never seen anywhere else. We have people stop to ask us who sealed our pavers! It has this sparkly look to it. Looks like a high end resort here now! We even had 2 linemen working on a pole in front of our house and they asked me who sealed our driveway because they thought it looked awesome! When all work was completed and we did a walk thru, I cried. I literally cried…it was all so beautiful, even better than we had hoped when we hired the prior companies. Trysten, I can’t thank you enough for your hard work & integrity. You follow through with what you promise and then some. Even when you ran into some surprises (left by prior companies) you approach it as a challenge. You’re a young man with a bright future with the work ethic & integrity that is ingrained in you. Mike and I wish you much success in all that you do! Also, a big thanks and appreciation to your right hand man, Drew, who was also a hard working & very pleasant person to have here! Wish you the best always too!

These guys just cleaned my roofs. Awesome. They got here on time as promised. They were utterly professional. They deployed all their equipment with no damage to the property or the grass. They cleaned everything (and that roof was moldy) so it looks like new! Best level of service I have seen in Florida so far! Highly recommend! Great guys!

Did my driveway and my house and did a excellent job clean and fast 10 out of 10

The roof looks really great! I’m hoping that the landscaping was not damaged by the chemicals. The 2 men who did the work were quite pleasant to deal with.

Used Brightside to clean my roof and home. They did a great job. Lee and Drew were a great crew and very detail oriented with the cleaning process. They also made sure to hose down all the shrubs afterwards. The house looks brand new and the roof is so clean! I would definitely use them again. You won’t be disappointed!
