On October 25, 2023, we had our poinciana tree trimmed by A Plus Tree Service Inc in Cape Coral. We chose A Plus for three reasons: 1)they were highly recommended by our neighbors; and we saw the quality job they did on their trees 2) they are arborists, which to me, means they are the experts and 3) they did a nice job of trimming this same tree last year.
To start, the process was easy! And they were quick to respond to me and schedule me. To tell you the truth, my conversations were by text. Plus, I was able to send them pictures of the tree along with my address. Shortly after that, they gave me a price without coming to my house. Once I agreed on the cost and scheduled a date, they sent an agreement for me to sign to my email. And what I liked the best is that there are four options to pay for their services.
When A Plus arrived, they trimmed the lower canopy elevation, interior thinning, balancing and top reduction. And since we were repeat customers, we got a discount. They did a great job! They were punctual, reliable, professional, and delivered excellent customer service. Dale, the supervisor, and part owner was highly knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was 100% satisfied with the job.
If you want an A Plus job, then hire an A Plus Company! I highly recommend A Plus Tree Service to our friends and neighbors!
