I contacted the company 8/16/22 for a quote for one of our homeowners. While the initial response on 8/16 and 8/17 stating they would send someone out on 8/17 to take measurements was immediate, subsequent emails, phone calls and voicemails on 8/26, 8/30, 8/31 and 9/6 have remained unanswered. If they were unable to assist, they should have made that known from the beginning or at least responded to the any of the follow up emails and phone calls.

They do my lawn reasonable price and always make sure I need anything when there here

We have had Aztec out twice to work on different problems with our irrigation system. Each time they were very prompt, all of the guys were very efficient and polite and their work was excellent. Can’t say enough good things about this company. Would highly recommend them!

They just came to do my lawn at an apartment/house. I have a blow up in my yard for Christmas. To have to take the line out of the ground to mow would be fine, IF YOU PUT IT BACK!! It’s windy as hell, and you just leave the stake out of the ground. Pathetic company, I will be telling my landlords. I want compensation for my blow up as it is now ripped from blowing in the wind, it was $40. I’d like to be contacted by the owner.

Just a bit of business practice. If you’re coming to take care of a customer’s lawn, if you move something, especially something that was in the damn ground so it wouldn’t fly away, PUT IT BACK WHERE IT WAS! I’m lucky I was home to put it back into the ground. Especially if it’s a $40 Christmas decoration. Seriously teach your workers to put stuff back where they find it. Hell our parents taught us that at a young age, why can’t your employees do it?

We were needing some irrigation ran on our 6 acres property for our arecas. I called the office and spoke with Dawn, she got us on the schedule immediately. The crew showed up bright and early. The guys had great attitudes the whole time and didn't make you feel like you were bothering them with questions. Everything was installed and working within 7hrs. The whole job was cleaned up so well. We and the plants are very happy.

Had a small issue programming my box. Aztec sent out Franco and Miguel to fix it for me even though they weren’t required to. It was obviously user error. Both gave me a detailed tutorial to make sure I could do it myself in the future. Both gentlemen even went the extra mile to make sure every sprinkler head was working properly and turning on quickly. I do not the pricing for this company, but I can tell you the customer service was excellent and whatever I needed was handled within 24 hrs of asking for help.

We used Aztec initially to reinstall our sprinkler system where damaged during our new seawall and boat dock installation. They did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. We then had them do the landscaping in the front of our house. Another job we are very happy with. We intend to bring them back in January to finish the landscaping around the rest of the house. Everyone in the neighborhood is complementing us for the way our front now looks.
