Excellent work. Showed up on time and did an amazing job!

I sent an inquiry on a holiday, and they promptly got back to me the following day with immediate availability for scheduling! I recently purchased a home with tile flooring, and I regret not calling sooner. The floors had aged dirt imbedded in the grooves that I painstakingly tried to remediate myself. I finally made the decision to get in touch with the professionals, and my floors were spotless by noon the following day! No regret, quick and easy process, I highly recommend giving these guys a call.

They came in and moved couches coffee table dining room table and chairs. The floors came out great !! Very professional I would definitely recommend them and use them again !! Photos don’t do it justice!! I can tell you I see a big difference! Nice feeling to have clean floors !!

For starters they were on time , very polite and thorough. Even though it was a small job ,of a couple of area rugs, they came out very clean and bright reasonable pricing and look forward to doing business again.

I scheduled an appointment with Tracy on Monday to have our tile cleaned and grout sealed for Wednesday between 1–3pm. I explained that we were removing wood flooring and moving all of our furniture for this appointment. I even took a full day off work to make sure everything was ready.

By 3pm, no one had arrived. I called Tracy, who assured me the technician was finishing another job and would be here by 4pm. At 5pm, still no one had shown up and the office was closed. Now I’m left with a house in complete disarray, messy floors, no furniture to sit on, and no technician in sight.

To make matters worse, we have family coming over tomorrow for my birthday dinner. This has been nothing but stressful and disappointing. If this is how they treat customers, I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Tile and grout cleaning and sealing service done. Tracy in the office/on the phone and Zack the technician were both personable, helpful and knowledgeable. My kitchen, entry, bathrooms and laundry room tile look great. There were a couple little spots i questioned and they sent Zack back out to re-do the treatment, which worked. I would recommend them.

We recently had a condos carpet cleaned. They did an awesome job. We will be reaching out soon for our own home. I definitely recommend them for carpet cleaning!

We have used Complete Carpet Care twice now in two different homes and both time have been excellent. This last time the technicians had to work around 4 little dogs and did a fantastic job. Our tile plank floors look like new again!
