Met bill through some friends and come to find out his company offers a bunch of services so I asked for an estimate on a few things. I asked for a estimate on sealing my driveway and lanai pavers. Installing new vinyl soffit , fascia and gutters all the around home, painting + pressure washing qoute for exterior & lastly a qoute for epoxying my garage floor. He gave me a excellent package price and everything came out flawless. My parents will be using him next! This is a great one stop shop company that does fantastic work!

Wanted to replace all my aluminum soffit with white vinyl soffit and new fascia so we got a estimate from ahcm. The estimate I thought was fair and they were the only company that had videos of all their work so I watched it and loved the work and hired them. Just like the name they are amazing! Highly recommend, they do fantastic work!

I contacted Bill to have Amazing Home clean my pool enclosure nn Lanai. It turned out that I live too far from their service area. Instead of brushing me off, Bill took the time to teach me how to get it done myself and what to use. Amazing how honest and professional these folks are. It’s a shame that I won’t be able to hire them due to the distance involved; however, whomever is reading this review and need some work done, is crazy not to contact them. They’re decent people. Home was just built and my husband wanted to put do an epoxy floor in the garage so he could make it a man cave. He asked me to find a local company that could do it and came across amazing home and commercial maintenance. Called for an estimate and they were able to give me a price right over the phone which was great. They even had a video to watch that showed the whole process. So we hired them and they showed up with a huge box truck with every tool you could imagine. They did a terrific job and my husband loves it. If I ever need any epoxy work done in the future this company will be my go to!

Was the best pressure washing company i found on google in swfl . I had bill clean and pressure was my roof , gutter and soffit . He also did a repair for me on my gutters and pool cage as well . I am very pleased how professional and efficient he was . Am gunna have him do new gutters on my home as well before the rainy season starts. I highly recommend all his services he offers 5 stars !

Was searching for a pressure cleaning company and a soffit and fascia company in Cape Coral and came across amazing home and commercial maintenance. Not only did they offer both pressure washing services, but they also did soffit and fascia repairs. This was perfect because I only needed to hire one company instead of 2. They came out a few days later and gave me a free estimate, and I liked it and hired them. About 2 weeks later, they showed up and fixed / replaced my soffit and once peice of fascia. They guys did a wonderful job and were very nice! Great company to work with!

I'm currently remodeling my house and now I'm on to the garage. I'm starting with floor and was looking up ideas and came across epoxy garage floors. Called for a quote and Bill came to my house same day! I had a few questions and wanted to get a few more estimates. Ahcm did a fantastic job coating my garage floor. The epoxy garage floor coating they installed was non slip and looks amazing. Highly recommend if you are ever looking for an epoxy garage floor, call this company! They are quick and have all the right equipment and they show up on time!

Searched online for an epoxy company to do my flake epoxy garage floor coating and found ahcm. Called for an estimate and bill stopped by the same day and gave me a good price so I hired him. While he was here doing my garage floor, I saw they offered paver sealing and pressure washing, which I needed both services. So , I had pressure washing my house and pool deck and sealed my pool deck pavers. Everything turned out amazing. Will use them again! Recommend everyone use them!

Just moved into my new house in cape coral and wanted to get the home looking good so hired ahcm to pressure wash my house, roof, driveway and pool cage. While they were here bill recommend I seal my paver driveway and roof tiles to prevent mold growth. So I did and I'm glad I did. My roof looks brand new and all the colors are popping in my paver driveway. Highly recommend this company if you want your home to look amazing… Great job guys.

I have been using Amazing home and commercial maintenance for years now. They've done all sorts of work for me. From pressure washing and sealing my pavers every few years to epoxying my garage floor with the flake epoxy coating. They've even did some soffit and fascia repairs after the hurricane. Bought a home in fort myers and needed a deep cleaning on the outside of my home. My friend recommended amazing home and commercial maintenance to pressure wash my exterior of my house so I decided to use them. They did a very detailed cleaning and made my home look completely different. Very happy with the pressure washing results. I recently had my driveway resurfaced by this company. I found Bill (the owner) to be prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. He ground my driveway surface using several pieces of equipment and made it come out like new, and it was in bad shape. He wasn't no rush-rush and spent extra time and effort to make it come out right, paying close attention to details. (very hard worker). Driveway looks excellent! I have recommended Amazing to my friends and would do so to anyone.

Roof cleaning was perform today by amazing home and commercial maintenance Inc. We have a two-story home in Cape Coral and our tile roof was very dirty. Bill came out today, and pressure washed the roof and it looks brand new. Very impressive. They arrived on time, kept the home clear of any bleaching and did this in about 2 hours. Their price was very reasonable for the work performed. Highly recommend amazing home and commercial maintenance inc.
