We hired Matt to wash the driveway, gutters and vinyl sidings of our house in Cape Coral, he did a phenomenal job! Their prices are great and an outstanding customer service. We are very pleased with the final result. I would highly recommend this company!

This past week we had Premium Services of America clean and seal the pavers on our Lanai, Driveway, Walkway, and Garden. They also cleaned and sealed a decorative block wall in the Garden. In addition they cleaned our roof and gutters. The coping around the pool was sealed from the owner in the "cold" pool using a paint brush. There were (3) men on the job for just under 11 hours. We were more than satisfied with their work - it was perfect. In addition the owner and crew were extremely polite, courteous and easy communicate with during their work. Premium Services were one of two estimates we got for the work and were considerably less cost but, I couldn't ask for any better results. They took pride in their work and it showed.

We had trouble finding a company to clean the second story Condo windows in our Coach Home in Moody River Estates. Premium Services of America had the equipment to do the job at very reasonable prices. They returned calls promptly and showed up on time. Now, several other neighbors are getting windows cleaned, too. I recommend you give them an opportunity to quote your needs, too.

I recently had my windows cleaned by Premium Services if America. Matt and Peter are energetic and hard workers. My windows look great and they were even able to partially remove hard water stains that had been on one window for 40 years. Not completely, but a definite improvement. They called when they were on their way and were polite and friendly. I would use them again in the future.

Matt and Pedro came today and washed our windows and screens. They have done an excellent job. They were punctual, knowledgeable and courteous. We will definitely be asking them to return in the future when we need our windows and screens done. We hope to make this an annual thing.

If I could give more than five stars, I would! Matt came to our home to give us an estimate for washing all of our windows inside and outside. The estimate was very fair so we set a time to have the job done. He showed up that morning and did a fantastic job on everything, even moving heavy furniture in front of some windows. As he was leaving we asked about having our lanai power washed. He said he had time to do it and soon it was done! Our windows sparkle and the lanai looks freshly painted. We are very pleased with this company.

They were great from beginning to end. Our pool deck was YUCKY. Matt and his guys restored it beautifully!!! cleaned, re-sanded, and sealed the pavers and now they look vibrant and fresh again. We couldn’t be happier with the result
