Jason, the tech from Grout Magnificent, showed up on time, was very knowledgeable,and did an awesome job.
We are happy about the whole process.
The owner was in our community last week, we asked him to do an estimate at our condo and he came right over.
We had an appointment for the process for this week.
Even the receptionist was so pleasant when we scheduled the appointment.
Other businesses should use this team as an example of how to please their customers.

Wow! Jason did a great job on our floors! They truly look brand new even in the areas with the most traffic. The estimate process was quick and easy, scheduling wasn't too far out and the service took about half the day for a large portion of the house. Wasn't sure this would make that much of a difference but I am floored! ;-) The team was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Grout Magnificent did a great on our tile floors. I really thought they were beyond repair and thought I was going to have to put in new flooring. Now it looks like brand new tile and the grout color change made a hugh difference. I highly recommend using them for your tile floors. Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures of the before, but this is a picture of the after.

WOWEE! We couldn't be more thrilled!!! Lovely people who do what they claim and then some! Our 26 year old tile and grout looks brand new...in fact - better than new! The tech was so polite and professional. He was prompt, neat, and kept everything so clean. The process was easy...and...we will go on the annual maintenance contract to keep it this way. Thank you for letting us love our tile and house again! We highly recommend Grout Magnificent without hesitation - they will save your floor!!!
