We have been through 4 different companies in the past 2 years looking for a good company and finally have found it! David does a excellent job, communication is key with us and he does it perfectly every time! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a superior pool service! Our pool has never looked so good!

I have been using North Cape Pool Cleaning for several years now after trying other services. David the owner is friendly and professional. He uses a computer to sample water to insure the right chemicals and amounts are added. They clean my pool, check and clean the pump and filter. I never have to even think about any of it. They take care of it all! I highly recommend them!

Dave and team are the best at North Cape Pool! We found them when needing a rush repair done. We were with another company, but didn’t get the response we needed. Dave came out right away, even though we weren’t his customer yet. Dave was so knowledgeable and kind and took care of everything. Needless to say, we switched to him immediately. After being disappointed with my last pool service I tried David’s “pool school” where he comes to your house and teaches you everything you need to know about your specific pool and equipment. I am a new homeowner and knew absolutely nothing about pools but left feeling confident about taking it into my own hands. He’s a really fantastic teacher, highly recommended!

North Cape Pool has been great . I’ve been using them for about 6 months or so for my salt water pool and so far they have been attentive & reliable. David has spotted out and fixed several things that my other pool people failed to see. Would recommend!

Dave has been taking care of my pool since 2021. He is very knowledgeable about pools and up to date on the latest technology and always willing to share it. He makes sure that everyone who works for him is trained to the same standards he has. I can always trust that Dave and Mike will show up and do a great job. They let me know when they are on their way, when they arrive and when they are done. They make sure that my pool is ready for the hurricanes too.

I can't recommend Dave enough. I called Dave after another pool company failed to properly maintain my pool. Dave came out right away and got my pool looking pristine again. After just a few minutes of talking to Dave, you will quickly learn how knowledgeable and passionate he is about pool cleaning and chemistry which is backed up by his certifications and ongoing training. Dave uses advanced testing for your pool as well as an app to let you know what was done each week including pictures. The app also gives you a notification when they are enroute to your house and when they have finished servicing your pool. If you want a dependable pool service company, look no further. I only wish I found him sooner.

When my husband and I bought my house brand new in 2023 the pool was a mess. The first person I called was Dave and I knew instantly he was our guy and he still is to this day. I can’t say enough about him that would truly describe who he truly is but I’ll try. He’s a very personable man, I’ll be very professional and knowledgeable. He shoot straight from the hip and doesn’t try to sell you on crap that you don’t need and I really love that about him. He is always so eager to help no matter the project whether it’s setting up a new hot tub or putting in a new drain for the pool, he is always there to help. So I will recommend him to anyone.

Called company again for service, I had them before started cleaning my own pool but never like this company the owner Dave explains every detail and when you call him very responsive. Customer service amazing, if you have a problem, they are out within 24 hours exceptional service. my pool looks amazing clear. they vacuum clean tiles. very happy. would highly recommend.

Nice but due hurricane had thousands waiting cleaned. But owner promised landscaper and pool maintenence referrals and get to us and nothing.

I had a rug passed down from my family i had it in a room i never used. My dog had a allergic reaction to a new food the vet gave us. He got sick all over the rug. I thought the rug was ruined. I called two company's that declined doing the rug. I came across oriental rug salon. From the time they took my call to the time they dropped it off. Was a wonderful experience. Not only i couldn't tell where the dog accidents were. The rug look great. I would recommend this company 100%.

I had my tile floors and broadloom carpets cleaned by Oriental Rug Salon and I highly recommend them. My home looks like new. As a snowbird, I really don’t want to spend valuable vacation time scrubbing floors and renting steam cleaners. Oriental Rug Salon did the work far better than I would have done myself, at the price they quoted. My technician, Jason, was courteous and professional, and was extremely careful with any furniture he had to move, particularly my glass-topped tables. He got the grout clean and looking brand new, and all the carpeting looks amazing. I also had a small area rug cleaned by Oriental Rug Salon, and it is now so clean it practically sparkles. I will definitely use this company again.

On the advice of a Persian area rug collector in Gatlinburg, TN, we contacted Oriental Rug Salon about cleaning our 100+-year-old Persian Tabriz area rug. Feeling confident that they had experience and knowledge in Persian textiles, we shipped our rug to their facility for care. Upon receipt of our Tabriz, they contacted us to confirm receipt, and after e-mailing us pictures of our rug, they began their magic. After two weeks, our rug was ready to come home, and upon receipt, we were ecstatic with the results. A pet stain that survived a previous cleaning by another rug cleaning company was completely gone! Our rug looks beautiful, and we couldn’t be happier. We highly recommend Oriental Rug Salon, and even though they are out of state (we are in TN), we’re so happy for the referral, and they have our rug cleaning business for life!

Received excellent service from dropping off my rug, getting an appraisal, estimate and delivery. John delivered the rug going up three flights of steps, helped move furniture, put down rug pad, trimmed pad and moved furniture back. I've had rugs cleaned in Minnesota and found Oriental Rug Cleaning to have better service at a reasonable price.
