When we purchased our home in Cape Coral it had a HVAC system that was very old, loud and needed replaced. We had several companies give us a bid. Florida Solutions Air was easy to work with, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. We are very pleased with the high quality of their work. We've had our new HVAC system for a year now.

1-10-26 This is an update to my initial review: There was a minor issue with my air conditioner so I contacted Iran who immediately responded an took care of it.
So service after the sale is also excellent.
Florida Solution Air is the best.

Florida Solution Air installed a replacement central air system including the air handler and some new ductwork..
I am very happy with the job.
Iran, the owner is very knowledgeable and detailed oriented and did the job right.

Two words describe this business. Honesty and Professionalism. Iran, the owner, came himself on a Saturday morning to help diagnose and repair our central AC system. While other companies tried to to sell us a new system right away, Iran was able to quickly identify and repair the parts that needed to be change and replaced them if necessary. He was honest to let us know that our AC will eventually need to be replaced, but he saved us from the extreme heat in this emergency, and we will definitely contact him in the Winter to do the full replacement. Thank you Florida Solution Air, Inc! I highly recommend this business to everyone.

This guy is a life saver I had family in town on the 4th of July my AC went out and I called Florida Solution Air and Iran came to my house on a holiday weekend and fixed my problem quickly for a fair price, he even installed my new thermostat. When it was time to replace my AC he got me scheduled, showed up on time and worked hard to complete the job,he answered all my questions. I HIGHLY recommend this business for your AC needs!

A very good friend recommended Florida Solution Air, and I am very happy with the results. I needed an Mini Split AC installed in my house. Mr. Iran came to check the unit I had purchased, and the location where I would liked it to be installed. He gave me a reasonable price, and explained the process.

Two days later, he showed up with his crew to install the inside unit in the living room, and to build a concrete slab where the outside unit will be placed.

I love that they allowed me to be present for the whole installation. So, I can tell you for sure that Mr. Alejandro works very hard, while Mr. Osniel is an expert in attention to detail. They are humble, and respectful. A great team.

The outside unit needed to be installed very closed to the septic pipe, so they even took that in consideration and placed the unit far enough to give space if someone comes to work on the septic pipe in the future.

They also installed the disconnect electrical box, the cables, and the nice cover over the copper pipes, and communication cable. Everything looks nice, and clean.

They took the time to show me how to work the inside unit with the control remote, and how to remove the filter, and clean it up.

I definitely recommend them.

I have not heard from this company since February 9th where they put in an AC that wasn't good for the home size, or what I told them to put in. I need a new AC put in that is sufficient for the home.

Two months ago I had my regular A/C company for my yearly maintenance. They installed a new a/c unit 8 years ago. They told me my a/c unit was about to go. It would $5500.00 . Two months later my a/c quit blowing.I called Bryce at Williamson Bros. Heating and Cooling . He told me my a/c unit still had two years left on my warranty. All I needed was a new fan. So I had Bryce install a new fan . It has been working ever since. I am a senior citizen. I wish I could trust all repair companies like I can trust Williamson Bros. Heating and Cooling.

They came installed the sinks and fixed a leak with in a few hours of calling them each time

Prompt attention to request for service. Got a unit set in early nd called to advise of same. Removal of old and installation of new in a day. Can't even hear it running! Very fair price.

NO communication. I am not sure they know how to actually install AC. They ripped up the entire home fixing all the mistakes they made. It is embarrassing. They ripped all the drywall out to fix ducts and dampers that they installed terribly. Terrible! Just Terrible. I am required to select a star. I would not select any if possible.
