We had GIOVANNY MAYA as our service technician. He was very thorough and professional. We appreciate dealing with such a responsive company.

Very responsive and quick to service our AC when it went out. Vinny was our service technician and he was great. He seems like a really nice guy and he worked quickly and efficiently to get us back up and running.

They don't give quotes over the phone to impose themselves into your house or could be hiding something - shady business practice - AVOID for a better and more transparent installer that has noting to hide.

Great experience with this company. Quick to respond and show up. Vinny was very Courteous and professional. I was extremely satisfied with the bill and will definitely call again.

First ,let me just say the FL Cooling Solutions are amazing! I called because my ac quit working and the tech was on his way within 2 hours. He quickly diagnosed the issue, showed me pictures of the problem and got me a quote for repair. Once I agreed, he immediately began the repair and once completed,explained his work in detail! Giovanni is a true professional and really knows his job! I most highly recommended this company!

Excellent service, always on time or calls to let you know they are running late. My technician Giovanni is awesome, explains everything so it is understandable. Very thorough exam and repair. During the examination of the outside system Giovanni noted that my capacitor level was way below normal. He showed me the capacitor and explained its purpose. Had him replace it and he had the part on his truck. Have used them for five years and highly recommend them.

The company was very responsive to my request of service. I had an appointment scheduled 2 days after I called for one. They kept me informed via text that everything was set up and ready for the service. The tech Giovanny was on time and did notify he was coming for the service. Giovanny keep me informed as he did his job. I would recommend Florida Cooling Solutions for service. I had service done on 12/28/25.

Kelly H goes above and beyond to make sure all her clients are happy and well taken care of my favorite worker is Eric Giovanni I Appreciate everything they do. I would never use another company other than that

Gene from F.C.S. came out and inspected the A.C. unit from top to bottom. He also explained what he was doing and informed me about the job he was doing. No issues to report, he added some Pro-Treat 200 to the inside of the unit. He showed me some other items to watch for. He also found a couple of U/V light bulbs that were not working, and the company would replace them no charge. I would just have to purchase them myself. Kelly who I talked on the phone was also polite and professional like Gene. I would use this company again and Gene also told me he is available for any emergency calls.
Gene also came out to replace a burnt blower motor on our unit, thanks.

Second Review:
F.C.S. offers a membership to become a Fan Member. They provide two complimentary maintenance visits to keep your unit running smoothly. Make sure you ask about the service provided; the filters are only cleaned if they are the type that can be cleaned. The price of new filters are sold with a discount which are still more than the ones you can get at the hardware stores. Or online, which is the best way to replace these filters.

They provide professional and courteous employees, Marc the service technician was very helpful and answered all my questions. He was very easy to work with and did an excellent job servicing our unit. Also, Kelly provides all the information you need on their services. We've been using this company for over a year now and they provide great service and have courteous, professional employees. Kelly who is outstanding letting us know when our maintenance service is needed. Vinny was the technician who visited us today and he explained and answered all my questions. He informed me how the a.c. unit is working and description of the maintenance that was performed. Vinny is a excellent, educated employee who did an outstanding job, thank you!

We finally had to replace our HVAC unit after 20 years.
Vinny who is an outstanding excellent and experienced employee who removed the old unit added a 4-ton HVAC unit by himself in one day. FCS gave us a good price and was there to install our new system on Monday right after Christmas.
Thank you for the price and having such a great, educated and professional employee like Vinny working on your team.

Giovanny was very respectful of our home and accomplished the valve installation in a professional manner. Thank you for sending him to do this work for us!
