Highly recommend Griffith! After 3 other calls and quotes from other companies, we were about to spend a lot of money to buy a brand new a/c system. We decided to make 1 more phone call and we are so happy we did. Griffith took the time to listen and truly diagnose the issue. Dorothy made sure we were taken care of and spent time talking us through options. Brandon the tech was professional, informative and very efficient.They came same day and were able to repair the system we have at a reasonable price, saving us lot of money and having to buy a new system. We couldn't be happier!

I picked this company based on reviews and because it was small family business. I feel like they were not transparent in telling me they were in the process of merging with a large company. I should have had that information to make my decision as to who I would hire for the install. I would definitely have gone with someone else had I known!
AC Failed inspection. Installed new ac without a filter. I found this out 9 months later during maintenance. Wasn’t even told it didn’t have a filter.
During maintenance 9 mos later the tech did not get the filter Matt the manager told him to get. He said he’d correct this and contact me. A week later I still haven’t heard from them.

My family has used Griffith's over the years, however, yesterday was my first experience with the company. The response time was excellent. Austin is the tech who serviced my unit. He was professional, polite, and informative. The service was not only timely but also very reasonably priced. Kudos!!!

I wish I could click all of the above. My husband and I just bought our home and the AC was struggling. Called these guys and the amazing owner had a tech out within an hour, fair pricing and genuinely cares about the customer. Won my business hands down. They're knowledgeable and don't over charge! Lots of love for them.

To add to this. Our ac was dying. They gave us an amazing rate for a new unit, they came out and installed it, Nick and Scott were amazing! Not only were they great while installing the new system, they were absolutely amazing with my toddler!!!! Great service, professional, and they entertained a crazy toddler too. These guys can do it all!!!

Elevate replaced my AC a few months ago, I’m very satisfied with their service. Recently had my “check up”, the technician Orlando was very thorough, professional, and knowledgeable of his craft. Very happy on my decision to go with Elevate for such a big purchase.

After years of dealing with various A/C companies it feels wonderful to finally have found a trustworthy company. From Kelly in the office to technicians that have helped us out we have finally found a company we will keep with.

We needed to replace our ductwork and received a range of quotes and we decided to stay with Florida Cooling Solutions. We are so glad that did.
Eric, Vinny and Gene did an excellent job with the installation. We have an older home so of course a couple of unexpected issues cropped up. The problems were immediately addressed and we were kept informed of the situation.
Product knowledge, communication and integrity seem to be at the core of this company and as a customer this is very much appreciated.
We are very happy with the final result which went beyond our expectations.

Tried a couple HVAC companies for service before using Florida Cooling Solutions and found the best and reliable service in the industry! We own a home in South Florida and aren't there full time so it is difficult to keep the 2 AC units running 100%. We have our units in the attic like 90% of Florida homes and have had to replace the garage ceiling twice already. Eric came out personally to come up with a solution for our problem and I must say he and his team are 100% dedicated to customer satisfaction! The tech was very helpful and friendly. He explained everything step by step. He was able to find and fix the issue quickly. I would definitely recommend.

On time amazing service provided! Scheduled appointment was 8-10. Kervin showed up around 845 (a text was sent telling us he was on his way). He was very professional and explained each process he performed. He answered all our questions and quickly finished. We are extremely happy and would highly recommend to others!

This is our third year having Florida Cooling Solutions provide the annual maintenance for our AC system. As always, scheduling with Kelly H. in the office was easy. The tech (Giovanny M.) texted to alert us he was on the way. He arrived promptly and was thorough as we went through our entire system to make sure it was running smoothly and clean parts as necessary. He provided input on possible upgrades we may wish to consider with little pressure. I will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable AC service company that is professional and at a fair price.

I noted an issue with my AC system at 630AM and placed a call to FCS around 645AM expecting to leave a message on an answering machine. Kelly answered the phone! I could not believe it!! Kelly was kind and beyond helpful. She coordinated for a Technician to head out asap. Vinny the Technician was amazing. I will continue to use them for all my needs, emergent and maintenance and highly recommend them.

Had them come out to check out system after our usual HVAC technician (different company) said we needed to replace our whole duct system. Eric was very informative/educational and did quite a bit of investigating before giving us a much more accurate assessment of the situation and what needed to be done. Easy to schedule and very friendly.
