I have been with this family-run business for probably 15 years and I get a yearly maintenance. My unit was leaking and I called them within a half hour they were here and Austint took care of the problem and I am so grateful and would recommend them to everyone.

THANK YOU GRIFFITH COOLING! Do you know how hard it is to find an honest AC Company in this town? Unfortunately I learned that the hard way after wasting weeks dealing with the Florida heat because my AC started lagging badly and the other company I hired for a diagnosis gave me a run around for several days changing their story as to what was wrong with my unit. I realize now it was because they just couldn't figure it out. Then, they charged me money for services I didn't need and when I told them it still wasn't working, they said my AC just isn't big enough for my house. It was just fine for the last 2 years since I got it! Then you came in and gave me the free second opinion and your wonderful tech figured out it was just something minor and simple all along! Now my house is cool again. I will never use another company in this city again and I will spread the word about how great you guys are. I don't know how else to Thank you!

They are very responsive, usually coming on the day I call to report an A/C problem.
They are very knowledgeable and make a diligent effort to correct the problem. Prices seem fair and reasonable and include follow-up calls if more than one visit is necessary.

I've used Griffith a couple times now over the years. Each time I'd get home from work and walk into a hot house. Both times I called and their techs arrived faster than I expected. What could have turned into two very uncomfortably hot Florida nights, they turned it around and got me up and cooling again in no time.

Got my ac installed in Feb of 2018. Had a few issues but I never had to wait long for them to come. Woke up this morning with no ac. They came by. Told me it was the contactor. The part was under warranty but the service warranty expired in Feb. So I had to dish out 85.00. I still owe over 2300 on the unit! Very irritated. I should not be having any problems after 16 months!

Griffith is the best ever.
For many years they have provided service to our original Yacht Club home with old AC/Heat system. They have been: friendly, honest, effective and reasonable with all their work. We highly recommend them to any and all who need help with AC to keep cool.
This year our 50 year old compressor finally seized up for good. And Griffith replaced it with great results at a very reasonable cost. WOW,
we could not be more pleased.
