Such excellent service. I summer in Minnesota and winter in cape coral, Florida and had my air conditioner go out at Florida condo. One call to Coral Air and they had a tech out within 2 hours. He diagnosed my issue and had it fixed promptly.

Had a problem with my heat and didnt hesitate to call Coral Air again. Richard came out and diagnosed the problem in detail, and gave me lots of different options for either fixing or replacing the unit. Would recommend this company and Richard to anyone.

They were the 2nd company I called to look at my AC unit and they had the same answer. I could repair the 11 year old unit or replace it. I replaced it. The first company, Ultimate Homes AC and Electrical charged me a service trip and then billed me $150.00 to give me their opinion. What a rip off! My fault for not asking and theirs for not warning me. Coral Air did a 5 star job of keeping me informed. They were quick and reasonable, saving me more then the first company including their hidded charge for making a bid.

I called this a.m. and the service people came within 2 hours. The owner answered the phone, and there are only a few service people. I appreciate the small company overseen by the owner and the fact that the diagnosis was correct as we'd expected, with no added drama or issues. They gave me options on a quick fix and a more indepth fix. I will use them going forward.

Condenser went out last night. Called Coral Air and had a call back right away. Will and his partner showed up first thing next morning and fixed the problem quickly. Have used Coral Air in the past and have always had quick, reliable, professional and friendly service. Highly recommended!

Everything from making the appt with Anna to the visit with Will was 5 star service. This was my first time working with them & I will be using Coral Air going forward and recommending them to all of my friends & family. Will came out for a service call & a potential leak in my unit. After thorough inspection, there was no leak & my unit is running fine. I was told by another company that I needed a new ac unit!! Had a problem with my AC unit. Called Coral Air and they came out in 4 hours to diagnose! They found the part I needed and came out the next morning at 9AM to repair it. Super quick and good service, and nice people. Both techs were awesome.

Will Decussi did a fine job, nice personality, very professional, very efficient.
All we needed was a ceiling vent re installed in a difficult location using tools we did not have.
Physically difficult for my 77 yr old body.

We’ve had several companies service our unit before finding Coral Air Conditioning and they are the absolute best. Richard is the best tech we’ve ever had and is a huge asset to the Company. Will, Y'all were fast and efficient. You did a great job. Anna on the phone was pleasant and professional. She was very helpful as well. She was able to set me up the same day. Your team is great. I highly recommend Coral Air Conditioning to all who read this review. They did my annual maintenance last April and I was happy with the work they did so much I decided to sign on to have them maintain my system. They come twice a year to inspect and maintain my system at a very reasonable price.

Austin came by last week and was very patient and professional. Water was building up in the air handler pan. He did a very good job resolving the issue.
