It's hard to find honest and genuine companies nowaday. However, the Griffiths are the exception. We have used their services a few times within the past year. Their work is professional and their rates are great too. They will be our heating and cooling specialists from now on.

Excellent service and price. The tech fixed a problem that GP Plumbing couldn't figure out (or ignored on purpose to charge me more for other services) and it only cost $85 for everything. Plus they fixed the drain pipe that was installed wrong too. The problem was a fan setting being too high and the tech new exactly what it was. I will definitely recommend them.

So unexpectedly from Michigan and ran into a unworking AC unit. I called Griffith and talked to Dorothy who walked me through everything and was so very kind. Then they were there right away, diagnosis Ed the problem, and set a plan to repair. I have experience d this great and kind service for the last three years.

When I called Griffith Cooling and Heating, Lindsay answered, was extremely helpful and quickly dispatched a technician to our home. The technician Cameron was prompt and on time, extremely professional and quickly fixed our air conditioning unit. I would fully recommend Griffith Cooling and Heating for all your air conditioning needs. They are by far the best and most honest air conditioning company that I have ever dealt with.

This company is first class, they were prompt and very professional. I had a very old system, Matt came out and gave me a very competitive quote on a new installation with no pressure, they arrived on time, the crew was great and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great A/C company. Griffith came out to install new units inside and out I wasn’t home but my girlfriend was she said Collin and Scott were polite respectful and super nice start to finish 3 1/2 hours and neat clean tidy professional work I got home and inspected and was impressed. Griffith is second to no one I promise you. Call no one else you will be impressed also

I have had this company out to my house a few times. From my experience The technicians are knowledgeable,prompt, and VERY honest. For me those three qualities are a MUST as I have had soo many bad experiences with other companies in the past. When Bill G came out He diagnosed my problem correctly the first time and they were prompt with the repairs. The owner Matt gave me the impression that he truly does value the customer over the sale. The office girls are second to none! They have gone out of their way to call and set up the post job inspection with the city for me after the job was done as a courtesy even though that responsibility lies with me as a homeowner. They are always polite and I will continue to use this company for ever!!!!

Thank goodness for Griffiths. I had called an AC contractor who advertises $19.95 for service call. They came out and quoted $650 for repair parts, plus labor, but pushed a total replacement for $5,800.
I called Griffiths. Tech came out and found that previous diagnosis was in error completely. He made a temporary repair, and returned the next day with part to keep system working. Total cost $150.
A+ for promptness, courtesy, experience, price and outcome.

If I could give Griffith more stars I would! Absolute best company to do business with in SW Florida. Honest, trustworthy, stand behind their products, and offer exemplary service! Purchased new unit to replace 14 year old A/C and Griffith Cooling delivered in spades! On time, on budget, courteous, knowledgeable, and just plain GOOD!

I called at 8:30 PM, I had no AC in my house, Dorothy was sweet enough to walk me through how to clean out my AC drain tube. Was very patient with me and walked me right through every detail. And also discussed with me my new AC unit at our new house and what to do and not do with a brand new AC unit. This company is amazing. They also followed up with me first thing this morning to make sure everything was still working well. I would not recommend any other company in Lee County.

This company is an awesome company to do business with. I had an AC unit(inside and outside)installed. They do quality and I mean quality work. From the first phone call to the office to the last handshake with the technician I was impressed. If I could give them 10 stars instead of only 5 I would. Great work!

After purchasing 5 total systems i was charged $450 for a $22 part.. a 45MF capacitor... work was done without my approval.. Would not let these ppl clean toilets at the park..

"Thank you!" What a great company. I waited and hour after I called the office, Nick was in my driveway. I liked the fact that when he got out of his van he greeted me with a smile, his name and a handshake. He knew exactly what he was doing and explained everything. He was patient and answered all of my questions. He made me feel better about my 6 year old AC that I thought was junk. I chose Griffith because it was a family run business and it was in the Cape. They had 5 stars on every site I checked. The price was extremely reasonable and the customer service was above and beyond. You won't be sorry if you choose thus company!

We had Nick come by and fix our leak problem with the a/c, he was the best, didn't stop till it was fixed. Extremely reasonable price and very informative and respectful. Highly recommend always Griffith cooling.

I have hired Griffith on several occasions for my properties and each time have had an excellent experience. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of a/c service without reservation. Lindsay and Whitney are delightful and compassionate office personnel who genuinely care about their clients and have always made it seem like my a/c problems were highest priority.

We wanted to deal with a local company. Griffith had good reviews, so we called them. The coils were leaking. We decided to get a new unit. No pressure at all from the tech or the owner. They never tried to up sell us.
Even though it was the height of busy season, Matt made sure he got us in. They brought their crew in on overtime to install our unit.
They showed up on time, as promised. Everything from start to finish went smoothly.
The new A/C works great. We love it. Thanks to all who were involved . True professionals.

I LITERALLY cannot say enough great things about them! I called before they opened and spoke with one of the owner Dorothy. She helped me right away almost an hour before they opened. She had such an amazing attitude, very professional and sweet as can be. When the technician Austin came out he was ever so patient with me when explaining the process and the problem with our A.C. He was so genuinely kind! I will never use another company! They went above and beyond for us and we are happy to support such a great family bussniess! Do not hesitate to call them.

This company is my go-to for AC units. They are by far superior than the rest. They are not the cheapest in town, also not the most expensive, but they are by far the most honest and reliable AC company that I've used and have gotten my AC unit working in no time. They try to help you save money not take money from you.
Called before the shop opened up and spoke to Dorothy- very professional and extremely helpful. She was able to help me out before a tech came.
Any of the service tecs that I've had come to my house for routine pm service or to fix my AC unit have been professional, honest and take there time trouble shooting.
