The service I have experienced thus far has been precise, efficient and exceptional. I requested a proposal for a property and received it immediately. I then sent it back executed and they were on site servicing the site per the contract along with three emergency work orders within the same day. My interactions have been with Debra Deal, the Chief Administrative Officer and Patrick O'Reilly, an above detailed Technician.

I have been using RH Miller Pest Services for over 20 years for my home pest needs. Their staff is always professional and very thorough. I have never had to call them back out to address an issue. I highly recommended RH Miller and his staff.

I am a Chief Engineer and work at several buildings and only use RH Miller for pest control. Crystal, the service tech that services the buildings, is one of the main reasons why. She is an excellent communicator, knowledgeable, and professional. She was at one of my buildings this week and took the time to walk with me and explain what she saw and what the treatment plan was. Outstanding service, I selected them because they were near my home. The manager came out to my home and provided me with a free quote, and was honest in regards to my circumstances! He knew exactly what kind of wasp was flying around my home. (Cicada Killer Wasps) Educated me in regards to their activities, and offered honest advice in regards to removing them.

They also provided outstanding communication, and the office even informed me of approximate time of arrival, and called me back even when the pest control professional was stuck in traffic. I couldn't be more happy with my service, outstanding agency, and will likely use again in the future for any of my other needs.

Crystal with RH Miller has been servicing our office since way before the pandemic and has always been incredible. I'm one of those "Karen's" who has issues with things like the smell of bug spray and Crystal easily accommodated my needs with odorless repellent for the ant problem in my office. She has to be the most personable pest control associate I've ever known and not only explains what she's doing, but answers all my questions intelligently and in a way I can understand. Once masks were required, she wore one during the entire visit and maintained a safe distance. She's always pleasant and enjoyable. During these times of isolation, I almost want to plant a bug to make her come back!

My guy Jeremy is one of the best. His quality and care for my home and my yard is unsurpassable. He also takes care of my Mom's home and she just loves him to pieces. RH Miller Pest Service employee some of the best people I've ever met.

While searching the Internet for an honest & reliable company solely based on customer reviews I came across RH Miller pest control.
I have to admit at first I was a little skeptical seeing all 5 stars from every client. But from the very 1st point of contact over the phone to the last point of contact in person it has been a 10 star experience.
Scott was punctual, professional and courteous from the very 1st appt. He was very thorough & honest explaining the process and every detail to us. Scott showed so much patience when dealing with my overactive fear of spiders and went above and beyond to put us all at ease. It was refreshing to receive such quality customer service offered in every way.
