I don't write reviews or recommend services unless I am 100% sure that the company or individual is the best. We have been using R.H. Miller for about 15 years for residential work. Not only have I never been disappointed, but have found them to be incredibly responsive, professional, and thorough. They regularly go above and beyond what is required. Scott has been our technician for 14 of the 15 years and we couldn't ask for better service. I have recommended RH Miller to both commercial and residential clients and will continue to do so. In the meantime, my home is spider/bug free and I know that I can always rely on Scott to answer even my most inane questions in a thoughtful and respectful manner. If I could give Scott and RH Miller 6 stars, I would do so.

Both Deborah in the office and technician Tyler were absolutley incredible! They worked with a sense of urgency and compassion that set my mind at ease as an animal lover. I felt really comforted that we were dealing with an upstanding company after speaking with Deborah, and Tyler just compounded that when he arrived! He cared about the baby raccoon's well being, that was evident in how he spoke and acted. I will ALWAYS use RH Miller AND recommend to anyone asking!

Brandon recently treated my home for roaches. He was very personable, explained everything he was doing and when I should expect to see results. I have used RH Miller services all of our commercials properties for over 20 years; they have always been extremely responsive and knowledgeable of all issues we have encountered over the years and treated them successfully.

I have used this company at my current business as well as a previous business and now use them at my home and all I can say are great things. The technicians always go above and beyond to fix any issue you may be having with a critter or crawly. Crystal is by far our favorite technician because she takes the time to ask questions and always makes sure to follow up. I recommend RH Miller to everyone I know! I called RH Miller for a bat exclusion. After previous quotes they were hands down the most affordable. Scott Beck is the supervisor who came to the house to handle the job. Scott was very friendly and pointed out pros and cons to the job. We decided they were the company for us and we proceeded. Scott is knowledgeable at what he does. They will be back on Monday to follow up with removing the bat exclusion exit point. Full review will be complete at that date. For now, I am very happy with the work.

We had a plumbing/erosion problem, where “friends” could work their way into our home. Scott was great with solving the immediate problems, and offering affordable suggestions for the future. He was also extremely patient with me, as I am very jumpy, and tend to scream at my shadow! Lol!

We have been using RH Miller for almost a year now and absolutely love them. Instantly saw a difference. We have always dealt with Scott who is amazing, but recently had Davonte D come and he was above and beyond. He asked if we had any issues and listened to our concerns and addressed the issue. Super friendly and very professional. I have not been disappointed since starting to use them and don't see that happening anytime soon or ever. Highly recommend.

We have been using Rh Miller pest services for about a year or so and have been very happy with the work they do and the knowledge they share. We had the opportunity to work Thomas who was a new technician to us. Thomas went above and beyond with our quarterly appointment today. His attention to detail and thoroughness was greatly appreciated by my husband and I. He asked if we had any issues or problems that needed to be addressed. He also noticed a wasp flew in underneath our roof right before leaving and he made sure to address that. We were so impressed with his work that we have requested him to be our technician for future services. We cannot recommend RH Miller and their technician Thomas enough.

We had Brandon come by to have an inspection and he was great! Very responsive and knowledgeable about all our issues. He was so patient to answer all my questions about their services and calmed my nerves about it affecting the surrounding wildlife. The office is also great and very responsive to get him back out to complete the service. We will definitely be using RH Miller again and trust them with our house.
