Very poor job cleaning my new home prior to us moving in. Grease left on stove and refrigerator, windows not done, still dirt on the floors.... I would doubt that they were even here except that they took my tip money I left. Owner refuses to work with you when making complaints, in fact, won't return calls for weeks! Bad customer relations, poor cleaning service, save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere

Cleaners damaged our marble table with acidic solution and the team and manager would not take responsibility for their mistake. Absolutely terrible customer service and poor professionalism as they were not helpful in trying to remedy or being open to resolve. Very defensive responses from the Office Manager Mary when approached about this circumstance. Would not recommend. Would highly warn against hiring.

My complaint is not about the cleaning staff...I cancelled my service with maid to clean after my last cleaning in Sept 2017, more than 5 months ago. Yesterday they put a charge on my checking account for $175. i am not expecting any charges from Maid to Clean because I do not have a contract with them. When I went to pay my mortgage I noticed that the funds I deposited that morning were not there. I immediately called Maid to Clean and the person I spoke with (Mariellis, spelling might be wrong)) was totally unprofessional. She treated me as if I was lying and wanted to shout over me and tell me nothing was going to be done until the morning when the accountant comes in. She then hangs up the phone. It was determined that they made a mistake and charged me for someone else service with similar name. I understand that mistakes happen but the attitude of the individual left a bad taste in my mouth. I will say that they will never clean my house again or my mother's house or my sister's house. Because of this individual Maid to Clean has lost 3 clients. that may not matter since they have been in business for so long but i work hard for my money and you do not have to right to be so flip about it and treat me the way that you did. I recommend some training for her if she is going to be the voice that represents company. FYI should be no stars but system would not let me post otherwise.

Lowest rates in Central Florida! The girls do an amazing job, and I love the green products that they use. The staff is always super friendly and accommodating, and the cleaners are polite and hard working! We have been using Maid to Clean for 3 years and we are so happy with the service!

This company policies are very dishonest. The first time I used this company i was extremely disappointed due to the quality of cleaning. I contacted the company and 2 different cleaners came the next day to complete the job. I was pleased with the quick response and the resolution but service and cleaning changed with each bi-weekly cleaning. I was slotted for 2 hours but since I was a repeat customer I was to be charged the hourly rate based on the amount of time the cleaners were at my home. One week cleaners charged me for 2 hours and finished in 1 hour, I paid the amount she quoted. I called the company to confirm the charges for the hourly rate. The next time cleaners came they were finished in hour and fifteen minutes but attempted to charge 2 hours again. I question the cleaners about the charge, she immediately became very combative about the fee, she called the office and was told I was correct. I paid for hour and thirty minutes trying to be fair. The next service I documented the arrival time to avoid the problems that I had encountered on previous cleanings. The cleaners the pace was significantly slower but the quality was less than the previous service. Upon completion she attempted to charge me again for 2 hours which was 1.5 hours. I showed her the time she arrived, she became angry called company, continued to argue with me. She handed me the phone at which time to staff informed me the cleaners stated they were not finished. I explained to office they had loaded all their supplies in car and was standing in garage. I paid the cleaners for 1.5 hours and she left. I called company to discuss trying to be fair and come up with a solution but the staff was equally rude. I decided at that point I could not trust this company nor did I want to continue to have problems and discontinued my service. Prior to hiring this company I had the same individual cleaning my home for 8 years, due to her having a baby she decided to no longer clean. Be very careful in your decision about this company.

I have been using Maid to Clean Services since May of 2016 and I am a very happy customer. Cleaners are professional and definitely know how to get to the areas which I never been able to. They are always on-time and if there is a change of the schedule they always contact me and let me know. They are professional and efficient.

Because I am a little concerned with several different people cleaning my house, after much trying several other cleaning companies I decided to stay with Maid to Clean because I always have the same team of women and they are always fantastic.

I’m moving into a new apartment which can be overwhelming as it is. I just wanted it thoroughly cleaned in and out so I can feel comfortable living there. I explained every detail that I wanted done to the maids prior to leaving them for almost 3 hours to do the job. When I was notified that they were complete, I was instructed to check their work. I was extremely dissatisfied and highly surprised. There is still dust in all the corners, and baseboards, the inside of all the cabinets still had crumbs, hair, lint. The refrigerator was not throughly cleaned and there were food stains, good particles, hair and dust. I found hair and dirt behind the toilet bowls and an actual urine stain. Now, I am not a picky person but I expect that if I’m paying professional cleaning service $100 an hour that I wouldn’t have to come home and find a multitude of unclean areas and surfaces. They apologized when I showed them all of the things that were not done properly and offered to re-clean as I showed them every single surface. But as it continued, I decided to call the manager. The manager was extremely rude to me telling me that the problem was me, and that I was just unhappy with everything. She stated that there was nothing that she can do other than have the SAME crew re-clean the whole house, which at that point was a huge inconvenience for me as I had already spent three hours outside of the apt. When I told her I was unsatisfied and I would give a poor review especially due to her rudeness, she proceeded to say that she would just comment back and say that I didn’t like anything they did, and it wasn’t their service that was the problem, but it was me. She then proceeded to hang up the phone on me. Although the cleaning ladies were willing to redo the areas, the entire service was highly dissatisfactory to say the least and the manager was extremely disrespectful. I would never recommend their company to anyone that’s looking to have a clean house.

I've been using Maid To Clean for about 4 months now and they never let me down. The professionalism and quality of service continues to impress me. I've had the same two girls clean my house each cleaning. They know exactly how to use their time wisely to clean the most needed areas in the house. Since my husband and I are on tight schedules, it's important for the girls to be on time. As of yet, they have been on time every time. Fabian, the owner provides a follow up phone call to ensure we are happy with the services we received. We have used a few other cleaning companies in Orlando and never have we received this type of customer service. In my opinion, they company doesn't charge enough for their services. My husband and I look forward to a long lasting relationship with Fabian and his professional staff. I would recommend Maid to Clean to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable maid service.

We used Maid to Clean for bi-weekly cleaning services and were initially very pleased, but service went down hill fast. The problems started when we noticed the crew was not staying for the full two hours we had paid for, and items were missed such as dusting chair rails around the house.

Our biggest complaint is that our stainless steel stove finish was damaged due to improper cleaning and we were "compensated" with two free cleanings, for a value of $160. We let this slide, but should have canceled right then an there because a few weeks later our microwave was damaged and marks began appear on our walls.

When asked how we would be compensated for these new issues we were simply told "sorry, you have already been given two free cleanings."

We STRONGLY recommend you look elsewhere for professional cleaning services!

very last minute i decided to use cleaning service for move out and every single one i called for quote, wanted to charge me ridiculously high for next day service except maid to clean. they offered me very reasonable price and what i loved that they gave me half an hour window to show up, it was between 12.30 and 1.00 pm and the got there in time as promised. they did a wonderful job. when i was returning the keys to the apartment manager, i told her about the cleaning service and she had asked me for invoice and told me that that would help me to get most of my security deposit, so i called them for invoice and they e-mailed me right away. i would definitely use their service again and highly recommended to everyone

Anyone ever hire cleaners that expect you to deep clean your house before they clean it? I’m not talking a bit of preclean, I’m talking a house that wasn’t that dirty to begin with that this company refused to clean because it wasn’t immaculate already. I have always had such compliments on how nice my house is. They had cleaned it prior, so if it wasn’t clean enough for them to clean, that was at least partially on them. And given that the first time I hired them, I hired them for a deep clean, and they sent two girls for less than two hours—the owner said she couldn’t make it due to babysitting issues—that could be part of the problem. Hardly what one would call a deep clean.) They tried to claim their were urine and feces everywhere all over the walls, yet we couldn’t find any. I don’t even know how you would get feces on walls. (To be fair, there was a pillow case that had an old, dried bloodstain on it that had been through the wash since which they apparently mistook for feces. Of course, it might also be good to note she said this after requesting that I set up the time/date for the next cleaning— and being told her services would no longer be needed.) They even refused a special request of vacuuming out the sliding glass door tracks. They left the master shower in a shambles, worse than when they arrived. The owner’s (Jesse’s) attitude was deplorable. To say she was unprofessional is putting it mildly. Worst cleaners I have ever had. Not to mention damage she caused to a painting that had sentimental value and was very non-chalant about. Unless you want to deep clean your house before you have cleaners come out, (and then what is having cleaners) I would highly recommend AGAINST using Maid to Clean, LLC. I am enclosing the pictures of the bathrooms that she felt were too gross to clean (they have not yet been cleaned), as well as the shower that was worse after she left and the sliding glass door tracks she refused to clean.
