DS Lanscape & Maintenance has been exceptional. In prepration for sod to be laid in a portion of my front yard, I needed help getting our sprinker system up and running in a house I just purchased. There was a break in 2 sprinkler lines underneath the driveway. In addition to the break, I could not locate all of the sprinker heads due to them being overgrown by the grass and the timer panel had to be re-mounted. Andres and Bryan came out and repaired everything for me. They were wonderful to work with, very knowledgeable and just over all good guys. They did not mind at all while I hovered over their shoulders at times to watch the process and they answered tons of questions. Andres also fully explained how to operate the sprinkler system. I would highly recommend DS Lanscaping & Maintenance. I will be using them in the future for both debris removal, sod and landscaping. Andres and Bryan, thank you guys again for doing an awesome job in this crazy heat!!

Using DS Landscaping was a great experience. Pricing was fair and the service was exceptional. They did a whole yard renovation and it looks better than I could have expected. They went above and beyond for me and I'll be a lifetime customer because of it.

We have stayed at Terra Verde resort in Kissimmee Florida a handful of times and are always impressed at the condition that this property is maintained and the professionalism and appearance of this company. I've used D & S going on 3 years. They have never failed to show up on the appointed day, have very professional crews, and deliver outstanding service. I love having them take of everything, from regular maintenance to sprinkler system, planting and mulching. Makes it so easy.

We have used DS for our office and our three homes for many years. A very professional, trustworthy And first class operation. Living in Central Florida most of our lives we have seen a lot of companies come and go. DS is one that has been around a very long time and we enjoy the fact that we will never have to hire another lawn or landscape company .

These folks are great! They are quick, but never skip a detail!

Their pricing is a bit higher than some other companies we researched, but they do everything we need, including large palm trimming and canal cleaning.

Our rep Sean is super responsive via phone and email, and always gives me a heads up of any changes to schedule.

DS has been the landscape maintenance contractor for our community for over five years (maybe even ten). They have been consistently responsive to any requests, and keep our community looking great. Our long-time account manager, Wes, has been extremely helpful over the years, and our current crew leader, J.R., is very service-oriented and committed to doing a great job. Andre and his irrigation team simply get the job done with no need for any oversight. And although his staff makes it almost unnecessary to ever contact him, I know the owner of the company, David, is available if we should ever need his assistance. Our HOA considers DS to be a valuable partner in ensuring that our landscaping is well maintained in keeping with our high standards.

I reached out and tried to get a quote multiple times from this company. I have to admit, I have never seen a company refuse my money like this before. I just kept being told by Sean that they have been busy and couldn’t come by after telling me (multiple times) they be by “next week”. If it is this hard to get someone to come out and give me a quote, I can only imagine the issues I would encounter with services. Communication is very important when running a business, and yours is terrible.

WARNING!!!! SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR LAWN THE DISASTER. We used DS Landscape for over a year and it cost us so much money and headache. Company is ran by a hot head and their billing is DISASTROUS. Seems like they are going belly up - made payments on time every time and even so they blow you up like a crazy collections company. Service is absolutely HORRIBLE. Not only am I going to have to spend thousands of dollars to bring our buildings landscape back after repeated promises but I am having to deal with the City Of Altamonte because they literally chopped down 5 trees on the property with no permits. We have national tenants on the property like Bank Of America who are totally fed up. Its been unbelievable. Crew is never the same, owner is very RUDE and unprofessional. They have fancy trucks to cover all this up - see the pictures for yourself. This is with WEEKLY maintenance for over a year. Finally gave notice and they still are acting like bully predators. Tons of other great companies to choose from - this is not one!

They have no regard for public safety blowing all the debris into the roadway and dont clean it up either.
This happened today at S sanford ave and black stallion way.
Stopped to say something to them of course no English.

A friend referred me to DS Landscape & Maintenance, and they completely blew me away. The owner came out for the first consult and ended up redesigning everything. They installed a brand-new sprinkler system, reworked all the gardens, trimmed the trees and shrubs, laid fresh sod—the whole yard got a facelift. Their crew is fast, professional, and clearly knows their stuff. My yard looks absolutely pristine. Highly recommend.

Michael was very knowledgeable about various equipment and provided great guidance about repairs. His prices were great and I was lucky he was referred to me!!

I was scammed previously by Jerrod Tibado when he was in Maryland working under the name of Tibado pools. Took my family's money and never came back to finish the job.
Just recently see he is doing the same thing in Florida. Hope my lawyer can get him served and get him and Amanda in court back here in Maryland.

Whenever there’s a holiday or storm threat during Monday through Friday, they don’t work. Fine. However, they won’t make up for it the following Saturday or Sunday. This has occurred several times. Pool will not be clean for use until the following scheduled visit.
Be sure to deduct the missing week from their invoice.

I do not recommend Pool Spot. I was a loyal customer that paid Mike on time each month. Unfortunately, Mike asked me to find another pool guy because he didn’t want to have to tell me when he would be coming on a different day during the week due to a storm or holiday. I unlock my pool lanai on the day he says he is coming, but when he didn’t tell me he was coming on a different day, he would find my pool lanai locked and not call or ring the doorbell to get in to service my pool. Yet, I still paid for 4 weeks of pool service for the month. I’m looking for a new pool guy now.

I used Pool Spot 3 years ago for a pool resurfacing and was very happy. I called them over the weekend because my pool pump failed and left a voice mail. On Monday morning, Mike called me to ask about the pump I wanted to install. He gave me a quote that was competitive and he was able to do the job the same day. This is a variable speed pump connected to an automation system and Mike took care of plumbing, electrical and programming of the pump. Everything was done fast and with quality. I will use his services again in the future.

I have used this company many times. New pool equipment to a hand rail installed. I recently had a leak in my pool pump and they took care of the issue fast and affordable. I would highly recommend using this company for all your pool needs. They are very honest and friendly and on time.

I have used Michael for all my pool equipment needs and services. He is not only polite and punctual but also fully certified and qualified for both electric and gas.
Cannot recommend him highly enough.wouldnt use anybody else.
