We had tile and grout cleaned and sealed. They were prompt, polite and professional. Took care in moving furniture to accomplish tasks. Done in under 2 hours for a little over 600 sq ft.

Joseph did an excellent job cleaning our carpets today. He was very friendly, polite, and respectful. First, he gave me a thorough explanation of everything he would be doing. He explained that the pricing would be a certain amount per square foot of cleanable carpet. But no payment is needed up front, only after the job was successfully completed. He answered all my questions.
Joseph moved and cleaned under much of our smaller furniture, far more than I expected him to. He worked diligently and completed the work in a timely manner. And he placed foam blocks under the furniture for protection until the carpet dried. And the price was very reasonable. My wife and I were very pleased with the job Joseph and Mint Condition did on our carpets!

Mint condition and the Owner Nicholas were amazing! His customer service from the initial call to the carpet cleaning itself was awesome and the job they did was impressive! We have older carpets, kids and 2 small dogs so I was worried what kind of result we could get but Nicholas guaranteed he would get the best results possible. When I watched them work I was confident he would, the equipment they use was something I haven't seen other carpet cleaning companies use in addition to the traditional steaming as well! They pretreated, scrubbed with a machine, spot cleaned and then steamed vacuumed the carpets! The thoroughness was definitely impressive! They deodorize and sanitize as well! I would definitely use them again and refer to them as well! I see why they are highly recommended!

They were so easy to work with! I was out of town and they easily entered, did great work and left it spotless! I have two teenagers and constant foot traffic! My tile looks incredible and all of the soda stains are gone!

Marcus from shine‘s gutter repair did a fantastic job at our house. I called him the day before any he showed up at my house the very next morning. The impressive part for me was he was able to articulate exactly what he was going to do and how much it was gonna cost and he said I’m gonna take pictures so you have a record and peace of mind and he did exactly that. Great job, Marcus.

I contacted Marcus and he stopped by for an estimate same day and was able to schedule a cleaning and gutter repair right away (within a 1 business day) with great pricing. Very helpful prevention tips and kind human! Will definitely be utilizing them again. Thanks again!
