I have been looking for a small gutter to be installed at our home. Most companies that I called had a minimum of $500 to even come out! I called Marcus on 3-8-25, he came out the next day (Sunday) today is Tuesday and my 5’ gutter is installed and a gutter was cleaned out as well. Marcus was professional, knowledgeable and very nice! His prices were very fair! I will use his business again, and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for any gutter expert!

Marcus was very kind, polite, and professional. Always responsive and helpful. He helped us with some obstacles that other contractors were not able to help with and he did an amazing job installing gutters and rain diverters for us.

I was in need of some repairs to my gutter and decided to call Marcus after reading some of his reviews. He came to my residence an hour after the call and came back the next morning to complete the job which was done professionally and at an extremely reasonable price. He provided me with different options to get the work done and was highly knowledgeable with his work!!!

Marcus (Shines) is an excellent find.
He is quick to respond, arrives when he says he will, works hard quickly, and reasonably priced.
He cleaned my gutters and cleaned up, and bagged the leave and other gunk.
I asked him if he does pressure washing and he came back the next day to do that also.

This is the first service that I have actually stayed with, after trying quite a few. They have very nice people that do never good, thorough work. I highly recommend Royal Maid Service of Oviedo.

I really am not sure what they did for $220. This was a clean before move-in so the townhouse was empty except for 1 queen size bed in one of the 3 bedrooms. The tile floors downstairs still had dirt on them, the windowsills were still dirty, baseboards-dirty, front of cabinets dusty, drawers in the cabinets not wiped out, top of refrigerator-dusty. The carpets had been cleaned the day before so they really only had to vacuum them, and I'm not sure they did that as there were no vacuum lines, just lines from the carpet cleaners, dust and hanger behind washer and dryer. White hand rail for the stairs wasn't even wiped, it was grey. I wiped it with a wet sponge and was able to clean it. I have a call in to them, but as they cleaned on Friday and are closed on the weekends, I am not sure they will answer. The renter is moving in on Monday. I am so sorry I used them.
