Can’t believe I’m from Miami and being racially profiled here because I’m a young Latino with a business . Denied service due to lack of knowledge on what a credit card it can’t make this up . BUSINESS OWNERS DONT COME HERE

This is the best equipment rental company around. High quality Equipment that never breaks down on us, super friendly staff that are very easy to work with and they always take really good care of us. We will go out of our way to come rent from these guys even if the competitors right next to us. Keep up the great service guys it's greatly appreciated!

The gentleman behind the counter (not sure if he is the owner) was great, we went here for a carpet cleaner rental. He was very helpful, great attitude. Place was busy. And I know why...nice service and reasonable prices from what we observed. Will return for future rental equipment needs.

Wonderful experience with these guys here. They welcomed me like I was family and helped me get what I needed for a very very reasonable price. They did not nickle and dime me like other tool rental places tend to do. Me being a small business every extra dollar hurts and the owner and his family understand. I have to say out of all the mom and pops non corporate store i do business with. These guys are as close as to corporate with there selection of large equipment to small hand tools for rent and sales, professionalism,And guarantees.but when it comes to customer service here they'll learn u bye name and truck have you ready to be loaded before you stop to park and are completely flexible with there prices and will treat us small business owners like big guys in whatever industry you work in , making things affordable to help u land that job. Hands down best customer service . Love these guys and for years they keep me coming back even from a county away.

I rented a John Deer 316 Trac steer from Dave / Rick. They delivered it fast right on time. Customer service was there for any questions or concerns I had. These guys are very professional. The equipment was very well maintained which made our work much easier.
I'll be renting from them again shortly.

This is the place to go for that DIY home project. I rented a stand on skid steer to move some dirt around my yard and level things out. Good price, although they could update the prices on their site, it was about a hundred more then what site says, but it was still cheaper then going to home depot, or sunbelt. Their guy in back hooked the trailer on my truck and loaded the skid steer, I didn't have to get out of my truck. Definitely using again for my next home project if I need equipment.

The customer service in this store was the worst I have ever experienced in my life they racially profiled me when trying to rent a bobcat and trailer because I’m not from the area plus I’m young with a company . Manager on duty clearly didn’t know the difference between a prepaid and a credit card . Due to his lack of knowledge on credit or business I couldn’t rent any equipment from there horrible trash business . Even a worker apologized for the managers behavior on the way out .

Very very good customer service and even though I didn't rent anything there my intention was going to be based on the conversations with two separate individuals just being polite and walking me through the process of either me trying to transport the equipment or them delivering it. No question I asked made me feel like that was a dumb one

Service here was disgusting , was looked at sideways since entering the establishment because I am an out of towner trying to do a job in the area . Wasn’t allowed to rent because the worker wasn’t familiar with the credit institution I wanted to use for deposit . When you own a business you have MULTIPLE CREDIT CARDS from multiple banks and he tried to say it was a prepaid card . There is a huge difference in both . Then went to talk behind our backs , even a worker apologized for the manager on duty’s service . HORRIBLE DONT COME HERE IF YOU ARENT FROM THE TOWN OR A REGULAR CUSTOMER . THEY ARE DAMN NEAR RACIST AND SUPER STEREOTYPICAL JUST BECAUSE WE ARE YOUNG BUSINESS OWNERS

I believe mike and tom were their names, but i called to rent equipment. they answered all my questions and didnt make me feel dumb because i had never done the project i was attempting. they even went as far as to say to come out and they would show me how to work the "dingo" and such prior to delivery. great customer service on the phone.

No way to see what equipment they have without gathering your information, so they can sell it to advertisers.

Super customer service with knowledge and a sense of humor. And a truly awesome tool at a good price- a 38 lb Makita demo hammer mounted on a wheeled hand truck. The guys (and YouTube) taught this neophyte how to use the tool in a few minutes.
I had three bedroom floors to liberate from well-installed but cheap-looking tiles. From what Home Depot and other tile guys told me it would be long back-breaking labor. Each room took about three hours of moderate-intensity work to get down to a level surface. Not even sore the next day. I saved over $1,200 in demo fees. Score!
If you’re popping up floor tiles, be sure to get the “Makinex” hand truck to take the weight of the machine, unless you’re built like Schwarzenegger.

Bo is great! I stopped in to inquire about renting an aerial lift to take down two 60+ foot oak trees in my front yard that had roots that were impacting the foundation. Bo showed me the SD50 and explained how to operate it and even dropped it off at my house as the trailer was in use. I saw a bunch of other yard equipment like stump grinders that I will need to take care of the stumps and Bo mentioned that he could show me how to use it and I could test it out on a large stump on their property to get comfortable with using it before renting it.

Bulldog is my go-to for my home improvement projects, which I have many upcoming!

Highly recommend this rental company! We rented two machines from them so we didnt have to make multiple trips in hauling our own equipment down there for a job as we are 4hrs away. Communication was excellent, machine drop off/pickup was on time and very easy to work with. Mike was very pleasant, helpful and has excellent customer service! Thank you Mike for making our job run smoothly with your help in any questions, or changes in job delay with pickup. Your boss should be proud to have you on his team!

Do not ever use bulldog rentals!!!!!! They allowed one of my Acquaintances to come into the shop and rent 4k worth of equipment under my name, they never called me, emailed me or anything to make sure this was an approved use of my credit line. They just rented him the equipment because they had “seen us together before” this person then ran off on the bill and now bulldog won’t stop harassing me saying i owe them money. This is ridiculous!!!! DONT MAKE A CREDIT ACCOUNT WOTH THESE GUYS. THEY WILL LET PTHER PEOPLE CHARGE TO IT WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION. I WILL BE PURSUING LEGAL ACTION TOWARDS BOTH INVOLVED PARTIES…….
