Joe and his team are amazing to work with. After searching through all of the different contractors in the area, I'm happy we found Code Construction, and we couldn't be happier with the result!

Joe and his team are amazing. They renovated my kitchen last year, and this year I had them back to do the bathroom. Joe is a pleasure to work with and I couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend Code Construction to anyone that needs renovation work.

We bought our house in 4/2020 and Joe had done a remodel of the bathroom and kitchen and the quality of the work was fantastic. We wanted to add some cabinets as well as counter and backsplash. He also did some trim repair and painting outside. He gave us a quote and a timeline. He checked on the project each step and inquired about concerns. The quality of the work we fantastic, he was on time, he was very responsive and all of the contractors he used were friendly and the quality of the work was impressive. I’ve already referred him to some friends that are looking for quotes on projects.

Always a great experience working with Code Construction. They keep the job moving, run a tight but well-managed site, and truly care about quality work and good relationships.

I did plenty of research when choosing a GC to remodel my Tampa home. After countless interviews, bids and appointments, I decided to hire Joe Logan with Code Construction. Code Construction successfully performed a COMPLETE remodel of my newly purchased home. The home was built in the late 90s, we literally changed every door, screw, light fixture, socket, ripped out the entire kitchen, laundry room, all bathrooms, bedrooms, closets, knocked down walls, replaced the roof, reran pipes, water, gas, and SO MUCH MORE. Everything that can be remodeled was replaced. During the entire project, Joe was so incredibly transparent, honest, ON TIME and so detail oriented this process was actually fun and exciting. Joe uses technology to communicate with you, he is fast, very organized and catalogues everything you tell him, whether its in a text, an email or a face to face discussion, he remembers. You never have to say things twice, it GETS DONE. He had my best interests in mind 100% of the time, and his #1 concern is having the job done right. Joe looks for tiny details that the average consumer does not see. He has a team of 4 other men on his staffs that also are incredibly detailed, always on time, CLEAN and also had my best interests in mind. They made the project fun, always smiling and always welcomed me into the home when they were working to show me how the project was coming along. Joe's team even worked on weekends, holidays, at night and whatever it took to get my custom home remodel completed. I couldn't be happier, down to every little nail, screw, scratch and ding, they make sure its all DONE RIGHT. Code Construction even had some excellent design tips and suggestions in making my ultra modern dream home a reality. Joe's pricing is also transparent and very fair, his team earned every penny and I would hire them again without question. My business partner was so pleased with Joe’s performance, he hired Code Construction to remodel his master bath.

Joe’s team is professional, punctual, and extremely detail-oriented. They made sure everything was done to perfection. I highly recommend Code Construction for anyone looking for top-notch renovation work!

We could not be happier with the work done through Code Construction. We had major attic and roof damage that was found during AC duct replacement which left us without air until we were able to fix the conditions so it was safe for the AC workers to continue. Joe came our the same day in order to access the damage. He got us a quote very quick and we was able to start work with the architect immediately. I appreciated that he gave honest information and options for how we could save some money by doing part of the work ourself. Within just a couple days he had crews out to repair the damage. The guys he sent were professional and so compassionate about the horrible situation. They did thorough work and cleaned up after themselves. Joe was very responsive to our calls with questions and even took time on Independence day to call us to walk us through everything. Once the project was finished, he followed up to be sure we were happy with the work. I would highly recommend Code Construction and would definitely use them again.

Hands down the most organized, responsible, honest and best general contractor in Tampa and Clearwater Florida. He is a master builder. Do not consider anyone else. If you don’t believe there are guardian angels in the world just call Joe and Lindsey.

I have worked with Joe at Code Construction three different times. Each experience he has been nothing but professional, always answering questions in a very timely manner, always using very reliable employees and never leaving the job until his customer is satisfied. In addition to his being in charge of the project, he is very consistent and very knowledgeable about working with insurance adjusters. I feel very fortunate to have found him. Nancy M

Code Construction did a full remodel of my home 10 years ago, they did so great that I hired them again to perform a massive remodel on a much larger property I purchased, the scope of work was at least 3x larger than the last, it was far more complicated, more moving parts, more responsibility and just more of everything. The Florida remodel market is also very different now than it was in the mid 2010s. However, not with Code Construction. Joe, Lindsay and the rest of their team yet again delivered everything as they promised with clear, fast communication and utilized technology even further to efficiently remodel my home. The job was done in the time Joe had estimated (about 6 months), EVEN withstanding 2 hurricanes and multiple changes that I decided to make as we started to peel back the layers. Code gave me excellent advice along the way allowing me to make the best decisions for me. They even had many of the same employees that worked on my last house 10 years ago, which is a testament to Code’s loyalty and reputation. When unexpected things happen, Code Construction was there to coach and make things right. You would think that during a hurricane Joe and his team were worried about their own houses, well they were thinking about mine too. Joe was at my house the next morning checking on everything, looking for leaks with infrared tools, and making genuine recommendations on how to make my home better. Even after I made mistakes that were my problem, Joe coached me on how to handle it, and always made things right. They are so easy to work with and not once did I ever feel like Code didn’t have my best interest in mind. I couldn’t be happier in my forever home and feel lucky to have Code Construction in my corner (again) a decade later.

Great company. Im ecstatic with the condo renovation Joe Logan and his company did for me. Every aspect of the remodel went smoothly, quickly too! I am finally living in my dream home. Construction Corps is an amazing company. I work with a roofing company and the owner, Matt has been amazing everytime I’ve used him for a project. He is on time, honest, ethical and reliable. We need more guys like them in the construction industry! Thank you Matt & Team!

Very responsive company. Had a young family as a real estate client. After finding the perfect home, we were given a very short amount of time for inspections. As the home needed extensive updating, we were in desperate need for a competent contractor to come out and give them a full rundown on what was needed. Not only were they able to come in short order, they were courteous and thorough. In the end, their expertise provided the comfort and insight that was exactly what my clients needed to move forward to buy their dream home.

I found the owner Matt to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful in every way. His man who did work for me did an excellent job, others having commented on it even.

Would highly recommend Construction Corp to anyone!

They have incredible integrity as a company!! Highly recommend.

I called Construction Corps for a quote and Matt came out. I was hoping to get my house remodeled by just one company because I got tired of trying to stay on top of a bunch separate contractors in my last home. Matt had some good ideas (better than mine) and his price was within my budget, so I decided to go with Construction Corps.
This turned out to be a smart move on my part. The standard of work was truly excellent and Matt was always available to answer questions or to update me. The crew were punctual, polite and left everything clean and tidy at the end of each day. I really appreciated this last one as I was kind of camping in the master bedroom throughout most of the remodel. The whole project was completed within a week of when Matt predicted, despite the various changes I introduced as the work progressed.
This has been my best contractor experience ever, primarily due to the level of care and interest at every stage of this project. I will be recommending Construction Corps to all my family and friends.

Highly recommend Pablo and Permit Ready Plans. Expidits the permit process with no headaches.

I met Matt and discovered that his experience was even more than I expected as he's worked in construction for over 30 years and in several different States.

After hearing that he's worked on hotels and television studios, I wondered if my bathroom remodel would be too small a job for him, but Matt assured me he treats every job the same way no matter the size.

He coordinated with the plumber and the electrician and when it came to the actual remodel, George, Martin and the rest of their crew were polite, on time every day and left everything really clean.

My bathroom is fantastic! I would have no hesitation recommending Matt and Construction Corps for any type of construction, big or small.

Matt from Construction Corps was extraordinarily kind, knowledgeable and generous. He helped consult for me for my house project and even though I wasnt yet a client, took the time to be thorough and better yet helped explain things to me. He delivered tremendous value though this consulting.

This is a real class act. Thank you so much!

Construction Corps does AMAZING work! I have gotten the opportunity to utilize their high quality products on more than one occasion and their attention to detail and work ethic is unlike any other company I have seen in the field. They deliver above and beyond and I can’t wait to be able to find future projects where I can utilize their amazing workmanship. I highly highly highly recommend them!
