Constraction reviews in Clearwater, Florida

Cleared Nearly 4 acres For me in one day. Did a excellent job. The equipment operators did as instructed the work requested was very specific. Communication was great. Luke is very professional. Will be contacting them again.

We have used Luke multiple times and he has NEVER disappointed. I have been very impressed with his work.
He will be the first I will call,
whenever I need anymore work done for sure!
Hands down 10 out of 10 ⭐️

Luke is fantastic to work with! I’ve used him on several jobs both big and small. He is very responsive and shows up on time. He is knowledgeable and honest with what the job will require. He uses nice equipment and completed the whole job (hard to find!). Will definitely refer him to everyone I know, couldn’t be happier with the properties he’s cleared for me.

John & crew did a great job painting the interior of our new home! They got the job done quickly and at a good price.

We had a small roof leak during the hurricane. It was just enough to stain the ceiling. Everything John said came true. It looks great, they didn't spill a drop. I have a new painter!

John and his team did a great job painting my house ! They are very professional and nice guys! Definitely will hire again and recommend!

Ben from JPJP Pest Control Services and Dryer Vent & Air Duct Cleaning Services LLC Of FL ,, our technician explained everything very well. He was personable, thorough yet in and out very quickly.

John and his crew did an awesome job painting the interior of our condo. Very reasonable price and they got it done in a timely fashion. He did a walk thru with me before payment to make sure I was happy with their work. Would definitely recommend this company!

I hired JJ Pro to paint the exterior of my house. They did a good job, but the lasting effect is somewhat dissatisfied. I gave him a little jar of the sample paint color I wanted from Lowe’s. We had talked about Lowe’s, and I thought he’d go there. He went to Home Depot for a “color match.” It failed miserably. The base white paint of all paint stores is different. Even the color drops could be different. Don’t believe me: call any paint store and verify. I watched as they painted the edges, but in the bright sunshine, I couldn’t see the actual color. At one point I went inside for several hours. When I came out, the entire house had been painted ... but not in the soft sage green I loved in other homes. It was more an Easter Egg green. Yes, I was amazed at the stunning and dramatic transformation of a forty year old home, which had never been painted. I now have to live with a disagreeable color that it is not my wheelhouse. I had gotten approval from the park office for my colors. They are very fussy, and want to keep this park up to a higher level. If I had it to do over again, definitely, I would (1) be at the store when the paint is ordered, check it, and if it is wrong, will not accept it; or (2) check the paint when he arrives with it before any painting is started, or (3) buy the paint myself. If you hire JJ Pro, I strongly urge you to buy the paint yourself.

John and his team did an awesome job with the exterior of our 2-story home in Valrico. John worked closely with us to find the perfect unique color pallette we wanted. We were also doing roofing, carpentry and gutters at the same time. John was on time with all commitments which made the work with the other contractors go quick and smooth. In the end we added a few items to the original contract and were charged very fairly for the additional work. On top of all the other work this was started at the same time the pandemic started. John and team did a great job with safety precautions. We are axtremely pleased with the outcome and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family..he already did one other house in our neighborhood.

We've used JPJP Pest Control Services and Dryer Vent & Air Duct Cleaning Services LLC Of FL , as our pest control service for about four years. We appreciate their professionalism and thoroughness. Since they have been servicing our property, we have seen a marked decrease in pests, spiders and insects. We highly recommend Ker and JPJP Pest Control Services and Dryer Vent & Air Duct Cleaning Services LLC Of FL , and his team.

Wow. John and his crew, with the leadership of Dustin, JJ Pro Painting did a fantastic job painting our home in Bardmoor. Attention to detail was a priority for the crew. Communication from John regarding scheduling was top shelf. He always texted to get our input if there was a question regarding issues that cropped up during the project. We interviewed a few of the “Big Player” painting firms in our Seminole area and disliked their loosely worded written proposals. Never any detail as to the brand of paint, how many coats and method of application. JJ Pro wrote down what they were going to do and far exceeded the specs and our expectations.
Do your research, allow John to quote you, and feel confident choosing his firm. We are very pleased.

I hired JPJP Pest Control Services and Dryer Vent & Air Duct Cleaning Services LLC Of FL , two years ago for my business and they sent a reminder that it was time for another service. Booking was easy and they showed up on time. The technician was kind, knowledgable and professional. Will use them again.

John and his guys are my new "go-to" painters. I cannot say enough good about the quality of the work and the quality of his team. I am picky and specific, he knew that, and he delivered. We had our entire house brush and roll painted. They did an excellent job using the Sherwin Williams product we selected. Three coats, a Kilz, and two finish coats. I used JJ Pro because I received an excellent recommendation from a previous customer who I know is a picky detail guy. Excellent choice! JJ Pro is a quality painter, delivering quality craftsmanship by a team of experienced painting professionals. I expect you will not be disappointed.

Awesome folks

ZND-GARR Attic-Solution & Insulation's & Dryer Vent Cleaning Service, FLORIDA, handled everything with expertise and accuracy, from chimney repairs to pest control. The fireplace was examined, the flue was cleaned, the heat circulation was restored, the dryer vent and air ducts were cleaned, new attic insulation was installed, and a pest problem in the walls was fixed. Near the chimney, they even fixed a loose shingle. We avoided contacting many professionals by using the combined package, which was also significantly less expensive. Each technician left no mess and was kind and well-trained. The change was immediately apparent to us: the air was cleaner and the heat was more uniform. Every year from now on, we will be contacting ZND-GARR Attic-Solution & Insulation's & Dryer Vent Cleaning Service, FLORIDA!

Saturday night I called and Edinho and his team came right out even though it was really late in the evening. They involved me step by step virtually because I was out of town. My nerves were all over the place but they were professional and knowledgeable which put my mind at ease for a bit. The work was efficient and professional. Good job guys.

Servpro was prompt and professional in my time of need. The crews performing the work I needed done were also very polite and treated my home as their own. Definitely the best of the best. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again .

Rhett and his team did an amazing job with our office. They were so helpful and timely, and really took the stress off of us! Our medical facility was surely taken care of with the highest level of professionalism and vigilance. We are so grateful. I recommended Rhett to anyone who wants the job done right. Thank you!!

Earlier this month I bought my first home and there was an old 1970’s wall AC unit in our master bedroom. Since the home already had central air, I wanted to remove the unit and patch up the wall before I moved in all my stuff. I contacted Christopher Price and his team did a fantastic job at removing the unit with only 4 days notice! They were able to remove the unit, patch the block wall, texture and paint the exterior to match the rest of the outside and texture the inside drywall so it was ready to paint. All was done in a meter of hours. I appreciated the timeliness, professionalism and ability to complete the job on short notice. Thank you ServePro, I will certainly be contacting you for future renovation projects.
