I needed an electrical repair person for a electrical water heater issue, but turns out, that was not the problem. Thankfully got professional advice from Andrew and Spencer about overhauling my 1960s-1970s electric panel that needs care soon. Everyone on the phone and in person were so helpful and professional at Luminous. Also, they were able to fit me pretty quickly in the day! Thank you!

Overall I was happy with the service. The appointment was handled well and I did receive the call ahead and they arrived in the time scheduled. I thought the price was a little high for putting in a mounting box in the ceiling for a light (the wiring was already there and used to be a florescent tube light fixture). I also thought the box was small but it worked. I put in the new light fixture myself and everything was fine. Overall satisfied but I thought the price was a bit high.

My electrician Jacob was great. He’s friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He didn’t pressure me into doing something but provided various options that made sense to me. Will definitely use their company’s service again and hopefully , still with Jacob.
