Had a main breaker issue. I called 3 different places. Green light gave me the lowest price for diagnostic, and let me know if I elected to get the work done the diagnostic would be free. Jack arrived to my home within an hour and a half, had the issue diagnosed in 10 mins, left to get the part, arrived back in under half an hour, and had the issue fixed within 45 minutes. He even came in to check the wiring on the inside breaker box to make sure we wouldn’t have any more issues once he left. He was friendly, professional, very knowledgeable and informative, he did not try to upsell or overcharge and was able to fix the issue for less than what he originally thought. He gave me some advice on lowering my electric costs and making sure we are as safe as possible from possible fire hazards of living in an older mobile home. I cannot recommend this company enough. Five ⭐️ service from the first phone call to completion of the service. Thank you!

Terrible company - looks and acts like a "fly by night" scammer, contractor. Confirms appointment through SMS text 3 times and then cancels 30 minutes before arrival time. Changed plans and took off work days ago and then have to deal with these idiots. Horrible experience and would recommend that anyone stay far away from this company.

Needed new Electric pole. They did an excellent job. Joe came right out the same day I called for an estimate spent his time and talked with us explained everything to us. Was easy to get financed I give them more than a five star I'll be using them again I'm sure in the future

Everyone we worked with on this Electrical panel replacement was professional, explained everything we needed to know and got it done way ahead of the schedules we got from other electrical company estimates.
And at what we considered a fair price compared to the other companies we contacted. Highly recommend this company.

It was a slow start due to an electrician (who know longer works there) not turning our paperwork and permits in. Once I was able to get ahold of Joe (owner) everything changed and the process moved forward, then 2 hurricanes hit our area, and we had our new electric panel put in today. David (electrician) was on time, had all that he needed with him to do the job, explained the whole replacement as he went, properly identified all the circuit breakers and named them and cleaned up the area. David was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Green Electric, and I have found our new electric company should be need anything else.

Best Company I have ever used for my home repairs. Did an excellent Job in a timely manner. Even when I called to question something I thought was not working, they came right back out and fixed what was never a problem in the first place. Really good people very knowledgeable. Joe came out first day and was great on working up options for us. Also his knowledge is out of this world. My tech was Jack Judge also very smart and responsive they keep in contact when they are gonna show up with a days notice or better. Great company and people. Their prices are really fair especially with me calling around for quotes. May not be the lowest but really worth the time. Thank you guys for all the good work and help.

I have called Green Light Electric several times find them to be honest and efficient. I like how they always explain the problem and my bill is never more the I expect to pay .I feel very comfortable when they come to repair a problem because I know I will not be overcharged.

Super professional company. I haven't said that in a while when it comes to service but this company has hired the right people on their team. Thank you for a great job today, it wasn't an easy one for sure and not once did we hear a complaint and all the while being respectful of my home inside and out. Could not be more pleased with the service and professionalism and expertise of David and his apprentice from Green Light! My home is over 100 years old and I had a very difficult electrical repair situation after a big storm. Green light was able to diagnose and repair and explain it all to my satisfaction. Called to make an appointment and they set it up, then changed it, and then they called to make sure we would be home an hour earlier than what they scheduled.. We agreed and waited several hours and when they didn’t show up, we called and they said we were scheduled for an entirely different day.

This is after they texted a few times to set up the appointment.

No courtesy whatsoever. Can’t show up when scheduled. They leave you high and dry. Worthless service. Life’s too short.
