In having only partial power in our condo, Kurt and his crew were the most professional people you could ask for. Trying to help us on Christmas day and shortly after, the work they performed was exceptional and thorough. Would recommend them to anyone for anything electrical.

Four things: Stephen, the electrician, was a gentleman and a pro. Number two the work was well done and first rate. Number three the price was fair and all pricing details were disclosed up front. Four: We had a bad experience with a major company H, out of Tampa. They blindsided us after arriving with all kinds of additional fees including diagnosis & a $99. Ladder Fee with a final total for replacing one backyard floodlight of over $700. Positivity, final bill, $154. Total. Great experience. So happy to find honest competent people.

Positricity did a great job. Kept me informed about the basic steps they were doing. The team was nice and very polite.
It's was the local electric company I was very upset with. They were prompt to turn off the electric at 11 AM. Positricity was done with the inspection at 3:45 pm, yet it took Duke Energy until 11 PM to my electric back on!

Positricity was able to send out an electrician next day to help fix the 220v line that ran our AC. The electrician was great - he fixed the problem immediately, and even gave us a very reasonable quote on replacing our ancient fuse box with a modern breaker box. No complaints whatsoever - I highly recommend them!

Jeanet and Matt came out when I had some outlets that stopped working. They were very polite and knowledgeable and were able to quickly and efficiently fix the problem. Positricity is the best electrician I've dealt with and I would use them again and recommend them.

Nothing but great things to say about Jeremy who came out to source the problem with my GFI issues! He was very diligent and answered two other questions I had about unrelated concerns regarding his visit (non working doorbell). Very nice guy, would totally use this company again if I had to!

Cody did a phenomenal job. I would recommend him and the company. I could not have been more pleased. He was quite professional, knowledgeable and pleasant! We cannot say enough good things about him.

They were able to come out same day and make quick work of it! To make the repairs our entire office had to go down, so their quick work to get us us back up and running was very much appreciated!!

Jeremy was very good. He showed up in a timely fashion and checked the connections on my kitchen electrical. He found it was simply a loose connection in my kitchen lights, tightened some screws and was on his way. The small repairs he did were included in the $69 diagnosis fee. He also did a check of my entire electrical system and let me know that it was all OK. I would definitely recommend Jeremy again for electrical services. My kitchen light is working again!

Jeanet and Matt could not have been nicer or more professional. I hired them to install and new fan and one of the parts that came in the new fan's box was damaged. They waited for me to run to Home Depot and come back with the brand new part. They made sure everything worked perfectly before they left, cleaned up after themselves and even got rid of the now old fan. THANK YOU!

Jeremy arrived within 30 minutes of my call and resolved the problem within five minutes of his arrival. I was relieved that he resolved the crackling sound in my electrical panel, that made me concerned about my families safety.

After using Positricity once before for a somewhat complex rewiring job in my home, I didn’t hesitate to call them again when I needed to install a 50 amp outlet outside for my RV. As before, they sent an extremely qualified and polite electrician named Will to solve my problem. After explaining exactly how and where he intended to mount the outlet, Will assembled all the necessary equipment and performed the install of the outlet and corresponding circuit breaker quickly and efficiently. His cleaned up his work area and made certain that we were satisfied with the install before leaving.

Two years ago one of the professional electricians from Positricity was very helpful in installing an outlet and an electric water heater in our home. This year, when we needed to replace ceiling fans and vanity lights we called Positricity again without hesitation. This time Jeanet and Matt were very professional, punctual and knowledgeable. Called to get an estimate on an electrical panel replacement, went through the whole process and setup a time to come out and then the representative hits me with "there will be a $69 service fee". I promptly told her that I was not going to pay for a free estimate to cancel the appointment.

Followup to response: You can try to justify your fee all you want with jargon about being licensed, insured and experienced but anyone with a shred of common sense knows there are literally dozens of well qualified; certified electricians out there more than willing to come out and provide an estimate for free. While you tried to charge me I had 3 companies out to provide estimates and selected the best competitive quote of them. That's how business works and if you're not willing to put yourself out there without alienating your customers at the first phone call than good luck remaining in business especially in this market and economy.

We just bought a new home and needed a quote for the electrical work needing to be done. We contacted a good 15 electrical companies and this was the only company that actually responded and would send a tech out to check everything out. Keith was our electrician that came out and he was AWESOME! He explained everything that needed to be done and seemed to be very honest and extremely knowledgeable. Once we close on the house and are in the home we will be contacting Keith to do all of our repairs needed. Great job and I recommend this company to anyone needing electrical needs in the Pinellas County are.

Update: We requested Keith to come back out to our house once we were moved in to fix some of the issues that were on our inspection report and he went above and beyond yet again. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and made us feel comfortable while he worked. After the work was done we felt like the work was done great and our family feels safe in our house regarding any electrical items in the house. After getting the work done, I would recommend Keith and Positricty even higher than my initial 5 star review. Thanks for the awesome work and customer service!

Mike Tracy and Ryan B. We're fantastic on their appointment to fix all of the outlets and again on the breaker box. They were so kind and courteous with our time in respect to work from home. Everything was clean and looked better than what we came into. The Palms, formerly Turnbury at Countryside, owe a great deal of thanks to you for protecting their residents. The directions and words to explain how it works was a nice addition to someone who wasn't sure about how to operate the new breakers. Overall, this was my best experience I have ever had with electricians and I used to do construction.

Easy enough repair and great service, but not happy about post hurricane Ian price gouging. Experienced electricians is all well and good, but 600 dollars an hour for an easy repair is sad. Took advantage of me and it doesn't feel good. Sad part is everyone from duke energy to the technician who came out knew I was going to get screwed. Oh well, power is back on so live and learn.

Called after hours expecting a voice recording. Instead I was greeted by a very pleasant customer service representative Jonna who secured me an appointment and promised to follow up with me the next day, which she did. Technician was on time, efficient, polite and solved the problem, informing me of the steps along the way.

We had been having a VERY hard time finding an electrician to come to our business for an outlet repair. After 3 others had canceled last minute we were so impressed with the timeliness and great customer service we received from positiricity! Will was great and we will definitely be using him again.

We would highly recommend Positricity. Jeremy did a dangling light installation a few years ago, we were very happy to find out he was still there.
We needed a outside garage light installation and had no idea why the reading lights in the pier system for the bed went out.
Not only did he diagnose the problem with the lights in a few minutes, (the switch), but we wanted an outlet in the garage added on as well.
He not only arrived early, but ran to home depot for parts - he did the switch for the overhead bed lights, the garage light (dusk to dawn with bright/dim) and installed a new 4 plug off the breaker box quickly and professionally. Done in under 2 hrs.
They will do the job well and economically for whatever you need done professionally. We'll definitely call them for our next project.
