Order went to wrong office, 4 states away. When it came in, several nuts/bolts were missing. Then the invoice was sent to another office as well, btw, I paid by cc, so no idea how they would fumble the order this much. I worked w/ the STL, MO office for over a decade without issue, SW FL needs to get it together.

Best customer service around. Can call ahead for whatever supplies you need, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Willing to go the extra mile to help you out with any project needs you may have, and they generally remember you everytime I come in. Couldn't recommend them enough. Great electrical supply shop in town. 10/10 would shop there again.

This is the cheapest place for wire but most of the staff are very rude during interactions. However there is a female sales person Ashlie who is wonderful. Had I not spoken to her I would have paid the extra money to go somewhere else. She definitely deserves a raise working with condescending jerks like that everyday!

We do a lot of business with this Graybar Location. Scott Davidson is our company’s go to person there. He is one of the most knowledgeable and professional people in the business. When any person in our company places an order with him materials are delivered accurately and timely. If a part isn’t available he’ll let you know if there are other options available. He goes above and beyond to help you out. Great sales person and definitely the best one our company has dealt with at Graybar.

Dunedin Electric has amazing customer service. Friendly staff, quick to respond and will educate you about the process. Tex went above and beyond with service and follow up. Highly recommend and will always refer them to family and friends.

Dunedin Electric was a life saver. Power went out to our Clubhouse and they were out the same afternoon. Diagnosed the problem and had a quote to me within hours. It was a major job requiring new lines to be run and the crew was here at 7:00 am to start the hard job of digging a new trench, laying conduit and pulling new lines to the clubhouse. The crew was fantastic and busted their humps to restore power as quickly as possible. Scott was great to work with through the whole process and the clubhouse power was restored faster than anyone thought. Great Job Dunedin Electric. We would highly recommend.

We contacted Dunedin Electric through Duke Energy. They contacted us quickly and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Wade was our technician, he was efficient, diagnosed the problem quickly, and replaced the faulty dimmer switch. He explained what he was doing, and answered our other questions about different outlets we had in the house. Wade was very easy to work with and we will request him the next time we use Dunedin Electric.

I am happy to write this review on an outstanding employee of Dunedin Electric. Angel Jr. came out to my house today to repair what an previous electrician significantly messed up. Angel Jr went above and beyond and fixed my 'can light' issue. He had to make a special trip to get the right items to fix my light. The previous electrician made little effort and Angel Jr. made EXTRA effort and was very kind and professional. Thank you Angel Jr. !!

Super fast, ensured my ceiling fan was up to code, cleaned any debris that fell, very kind and understanding, and gave me an incredible price for all of the hardworking. If I need anymore electrical work I will be calling them again! Thank you for a great experience!

I've used Dunedin Electric in the past to install a Breaker panel; they did a great job. I decided to use them again for work on outlets and wiring and again, I am completely satisfied with their work. Wade was professional and gave great advice about other ideas that I have planned in the future. I would highly recommend Dunedin Electric for anyone looking for someone to help with electrical issues.

They installed a new breaker panel that previous homeowner paid for as a pre-sale inspection item(original not up to code). Thus was in Nov 2022. Recently, my heat pump kept throwing the breaker and my AC company came out. Discovered breaker had a 40 amp 2-pull Square D, when heat pump clearly indicated a 30 amp. Plus installed 8 gauge aluminum wire(called for copper. Wire had become loose which tripped the breaker. Breaker switch was warm to the touch (wrong amperage breaker means it should have tripped SOONER and could have been a fire hazard.). Whoever installed it labeled the switched in hard to read pencil and had 2 labeled “water heater” when one was actually the air compressor). I paid the AC company to tighten the wire, so it wouldn’t break the circuit again. I spoke with Dunedin/Palm Harbor Electric and asked. if they’d come out and change out the breaker to correct specification and switch out the aluminum for copper wire since it was done incorrectly in first place. They said since it was past 12 months it wouldn’t be considered warranty and couldn’t be “sure” if anyone else had worked on it. Sorry I didn’t discover until something went wrong and why would I have anyone else come out and put in the wrong thing and label so poorly, Said they come out and give an estimate for a T & M repair. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. Felt a truly reputable company would have considered a “Goodwill” service call to fix what wasn’t done right originally. Complicated because previous homeowner paid for work, prior to sale so I’d never interacted with this company, not knew who did the work. Tracked down original invoice from my realtor. Cannot recommend.

Wade came on time to do an electrical job. He was very professional, knowledgeable and very patient with all our questions. We asked him, at that time, about a new electrical panel and he explained everything the company will perform with no pressure whatsoever. We are going to get the work done soon and we will request him to do the work. He is a fantastic asset to your company. He went above and beyond!!!!! Linda & Louis
