Thank you Joe,

Joe was a VERY thorough inspector. He inspected every inch of the house we are buying - he also educated us on the process, the specifics, and made sure we understood everything well enough to be able to make educated opinions. He was able to come out short notice (less than 3 days), spent 4+ hours inspecting every inch of our home, provided inspection report same day, offered to be a resource if we have any future questions, and even updated our report after few fixes were completed so insurance would allow us to move forward. All of this for a fantastic and competitive price! 10/10 would recommend - I plan to buy a few more properties here in Clearwater and I can guarantee you I will only be working with Joe in the future! If you needed a sign to choose him as your inspector, let this be it. 🙌🏼

There is a saying about only being able to have 2 of the 3 - Good, Fast, or Cheap. Joe was all 3 for us! Thanks Joe, don’t change anything about your process.

Joe came out and did a home inspection and 4 point for me this week. He was very thorough and identified very hard to see issues with the roof and ultimately identified it needed to be replaced. Joe saved me from making a very big mistake in purchasing a home that would have been uninsurable and cost me 10s of thousands of dollars to replace the roof. He was prompt and like I stated before very thorough. Very pleased. Joe was very professional and my inspection was complete and emailed to me the same day. Would absolutely use again in the future.

After our insurance company issued us a non renewal on our policy, we needed to quickly find someone to do a 4point & wind mitigation. Turner home inspections was right on time. I called Joe, he came out 2 days later, did a fantastic thorough inspection and had the report ready the next day.

Josh came out to my home to inspect my roof after hurricane Helene. I had found some roof shingles in my yard and was concerned about the integrity of my roof. Josh was referred to me by my home insurance rep and was quick to respond to my call.
