Joe is a great person. He arrive on time. Explained everything to me. He did a 4 point inspection.

Joe was very professional. He gets the work done quickly which is important when you are closing on a house. Communication with him was easy through text and phone call which is very important to us. He was willing to communicate with both the seller and buyer (us) and made sure we weren’t being screwed by the seller by the deficiencies that he alerted us to. Overall, we had a great experience with Joe with his timeliness, thorough job, commitment and communication.

This is our 3rd home purchase and Joe was by far the most efficient, professional, and communicative home inspector we have used. I am also in the mortgage industry and have worked with dozens of inspectors and Joe’s ability to locate problems, communicate them in terms anyone can understand, and offer non biased solutions is second to none. Joe is the only person I would recommend from here on it.

Also, the fact that he is 20+ year firefighter is also really awesome. Joe Turner is the man!
