Attention to detail is missing. Live in a gated community and I got rocks, bark, grass, leaves/branches, and trash all around our community not being taken care of. Super easy location with little . Been watching them for the past two months, not impressed. Our HOA should be reduced or find another company. if you want insight. We were told last month they were going to take down a branch because it might fall and can seriously injure someone. Look at this picture and I’ll be back next month and it still be there or hurt someone. Only reason this company receives a three is because it could be our property manager not being all that great either.

Director of Maintenance is responsive to all requests, returns all phone calls in a timely manner, is always polite, and periodically checks our property.

Fieldstone is the best landscaping company BAR NONE. There are tons of cheap alternatives however, cheap and your landscaping should not be used in the same sentence. You get what you pay for! Fieldstone exceeding all expectations and worth every penny. Thank you fieldstone, also Shane!

WOW! I cannot bestow enough wonderful accolades to Fieldstone, it's employee, Jose, and Owner, Chris Eastman. Recently, I pulled over to help a woman and her young son who were stranded on a busy road with a stalled SUV and a lot of steam coming from under the hood. The woman looked confused and helpless. It was very cold outside, even with our thick coats on. Within a few minutes of me offering my AAA membership to help and ensure she was taken care of, a young man by the name of Jose pulled over in a Fieldstone Landscape Services pickup truck. He immediately jumped into mechanic mode, protecting us from the hot steam emitting from under the hood by taking off his Fieldstone uniform shirt and placing it over the radiator gasket while using a broom handle from his truck to knock the gasket open. The sense of safety and elation Jose's selfless actions provided to this woman and her son were palpable. Poor Jose had to be so cold, especially after using his uniform shirt to help, but he never skipped a beat. Jose was able to remedy the situation long enough for this woman and her son to drive home. Without seeking any recognition or compensation, Jose just smiled and was gone. I made sure to write down the Company name as he drove off. From the moment I called the Company to get this young man's information, the woman who answered the phone was very professional, respectful and thankful. I wanted to make sure this gentleman, Jose, was recognized for his selfless and kind act. I emailed the Company and detailed my experience. Shortly thereafter, the owner of Fieldstone, Chris Eastman, personally contacted me to let me know Jose was both recognized and rewarded. In the following days, I received a beautiful Fieldstone dry-fit shirt (which my husband loves to landscape our yard in!) and a really cool cell phone grip. This Company, its staff, and owner have been a class act all the way. In a day and age where customer service is long forgotten and all people do is complain, I think it is extremely important to call out a Company when they get it right - and Fieldstone got it right and then some. Thank you, Fieldstone, for being a Company I'd be proud to represent as a lawyer and for showing your community love and respect. I would recommend this Company ANY day of the week.

A breath of fresh air! I thought my lawn was toast from a previous company's service. Fieldstone got my chinch bugs killed and reversed the damage they did! Each winter I usually get fungus really bad, but that was not an issue with their service. The fertilization and watering tips from our (very friendly and knowledgeable) technician has my lawn looking better than ever! Price was extremely fair as well. Thank you Fieldstone!!!

From start to finish, working with Fieldstone was a wonderful experience! They took my dream landscaping and made it a reality! They addressed my concerns, were flexible when I changed the design mid-project and communicated with me throughout the process. Chris and his team were friendly, courteous, and professional.

They landscaped our yard and the work came out okay in the end but not great. Contacting anyone at the company was impossible. There was no formal plan put together, I was never notified when people were coming to work on the property. My pool light wire was cut, and despite many attempts to get it fixed, it took months before they just said they wouldn’t fix it and took money off the bill. At one point there was 6 full months where we didn’t hear from them about finishing our project.

Anthony and Fieldstone have serviced our yard for two years and have kept it green and full the entire time. They always let us know what has been done and what we need to be doing to keep our yard looking great! We highly recommend them and the work they do!

Your company landscape workers cut the cable line to our home when they were mowing or weed-wacking. We had to get spectrum out here to fix your careless error. Please remind them to be mindful of people's property.
By the way, in peaking with neighbors, this is not uncommon for many home developments. It appears to occur frequently, like in as...weekly.

Shane is not only a very kind person, but a high level professional in his field. Very very intelligent and helpful. He was able to break all the information down so I could easily understand. (I couldn’t keep a cactus alive in the desert) He really made my shopping experience very easy and quite enjoyable as well.
