Mike and his crew did a wonderful job removing 2 large laurel oak trees from our backyard so that we could have a new fence installed! They did stump grinding and had everything hauled away. We had two massive 50-year-old Laurel Oaks removed from our backyard with an 80-ft crane, plus a large flame tree trimmed off the roof, and two maple trees removed from the front yard. Second time using TBTS. Quoted trimming back three mature laurel oaks, three queen palms, a bottlebrush tree, and a crepe myrtle.

Arborist walked me through the work and what I specifically wanted done. Quoted a fair price, very close to what they charged me three years ago.

Crew showed up two days later. The lead on the crew was spectacular, walking me through the work and asking specifically what I wanted and then looped back after the each stage of the trimming and asked me if it was what I'm looking for. Other tree services I have used just send a ton of guys who start work without reaching out, pack up, then leave, then send you an invoice.

From the appointments to the invoice, all was done via email and text. I was reminded via text of the appointment and then 45 minutes prior to the arrival.
