I called this rug cleaning company the other day fully expecting them to take one look at my ancient rug (i.e. my father-in-laws rug) and laugh. Was it worth cleaning? No - but that's another story.... This rug is prehistoric. I’m pretty sure it had emotional damage. Bryce showed up, smiled politely, and got to work like some kind of fabric-reviving wizard. But the real miracle? He survived my in-laws condo building.
Within seconds of starting, the people below me were in full DEFCON 1, acting like Bryce had hooked his cleaning hoses directly to their bathtub. He also had to leave to get water because we couldn't find any supply. But Bryan? Cool as ever. Kind. Professional. Somehow didn’t run screaming.
10/10 would call Bryce again.

We worked with Rug Pro on a bundle program after hurricane restoration. They did duct cleaning, power washing, windows inside and outside and carpet. They also cleaned a delicate chandelier! Very pleased with the results.

Michael was the best carpet cleaner we could have gotten out here. Most experienced, & hardworking. If I were to receive this service again, I'd ask for him. Don't waste your time with any other company. This is the one to go too. I don't usually post reviews but this indeed deserves it!

Mike was amazing from scheduling to coming to the get the job done. He was very professional and made sure I was 100 percent satisfied before they left. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. I will be definitely calling him again.
