This is very sad that I have to do this review. They were very nice in the beginning. They sent out a guy to clean out the gutters charge me over $300. I live with my grandmother. She’s on a fix income long story short they couldn’t fix a leak and they were going to credit me back $120 to this day. We have not received it. They said that they guarantee their work and I guess it’s not true. Also, the guy claims that he gave me a discount on cleaning the gutters, but it was the regular fee, companies should not do this if they can’t keep their promise then they shouldn’t say anything. Shameful

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service from Ken’s Gutters! From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and with care. The entire staff was prompt, courteous, and clearly knowledgeable. What really stood out was that he provided clear before-and-after photos of the work, so I could see the results for myself before payment was even requested—which, by the way, was extremely affordable. The team worked efficiently, left no mess behind, and my gutters are now spotless and functioning perfectly. It’s rare to find such honest, high-quality service these days. I’ll absolutely be using Ken’s Gutters again and highly recommend them!

Ken's Gutters did a fantastic job on ALL of our Warehouses at Sun Coast Cycle Sports!! Took great before and after photos. The office Staff was wonderful to deal with, especially Sarah!! Would highly recommend and we have already set up our future gutter cleaning with them!!

They were great! From Sarah who helped scheduling the appointment, to the contractor that came to do the work. They were polite, professional, and did an amazing job. Completely cleaned out my gutters and followed up with exceptional pictures. I would recommend them and use them again.

Very poor and incomplete service.
3 of 4 downspouts were not cleaned. At first only back gutter was cleaned but had to come back and clean front gutter. I was supposed to get before and after photos but did not get that as he had my wrong phone number. The office acknowledged that both gutters front and back were requested by me. The office had my correct number.
Debris left in yard and lanai. He only blew leaf blower in gutter and said maybe his rake was stolen. I said the few leaves in backyard was ok as i there wasnt much as now I know why.
My thinking was the downspouts need to be cleaned so the water can find a way out yet being blocked by stuffed downspouts. This defeated the whole purpose of having gutters cleaned in the first place.

Been using Ken's Gutters since 2022. They are great and book your appointments in advance for future services so you don't forget. I love getting the before and after pictures so I know it was done and done well! :)

Picked up the phone, talked to a real person, gave me a quote in minutes, made appointment, crew showed up, took pics before and after, billed me over email. Did everything they said. No hassle. Professional, honest, thorough, and fair pricing. Can't find many who run a business like this these days. I recommend them highly.

Hired Ken’s Gutters, for the first time, this week, and I’m very pleased with the professionalism of this company - from the first phone call (where I was given an exact estimate, without anyone having to come to the house - to the work their technician did. It was fast, and thorough, and I really appreciated the “before-and-after” photos, because - let’s face it - it’s not easy to see what our gutters are holding, so it’s easy to wonder if they were even dirty, to begin with. Once I saw the pics, I was doubly impressed with this company, and felt it was money well-spent. I would recommend Ken’s Gutters to anyone who needs gutter cleaning.

Ken's gutters did a fantastic job cleaning our gutters. It was a big job since we hadn't cleaned our gutters in quite a while. Their tech got it all done though. We have pine trees and it can get out of hand. The tech got all the pine needles off the roof and bagged everything up. He placed the bags at the road and they were picked up. I think we got our money's worth. We will be sure to not let it get that bad again. So glad we found a company that does what they say they will. I highly recommend!

Forgot the name of the technician, but he was a trooper. We had so much debris in our gutters that they were becoming roof planters. The tech was up on the roof and had the gutters clean in no time. Fast and professional service at a great price.

I’m glad I hired Ken’s Gutter cleaning service. I was surprised about the amount of leaves I had on my new roof. I will have them come out again in the spring to clean off my roof. They were professional and did a great job.

Ken’s Gutters did an excellent job of scheduling, communicating and servicing our home gutter system. Corey was the technician. He is a fine representation of Ken’s. On time, courteous and thorough. He explained the entire process and provided multiple before & after pics, via text & email, upon completion.

All in all a very positive experience with Corey & Ken’s Gutters.

I’ve been using Kens for a few years now. They always do a great job, take pictures and dispose of the leaf bags. Very reasonably priced.

I had a great experience with Ken’s Gutters. They were able to get me on the schedule within a week of calling. I had them go to my grandmas home which has been neglected for years and sits under a few oak trees. They did a wonderful job cleaning off the roof and the gutters that were completely full with dirt, leaves and even some weeds growing. They raked up bags and bags of leaves and left them out at the road. They called me right away to let me know of an issue they found with the roof. Provided before and after photos as well. They had a standard set fee and they went above and beyond even though the house was probably more than they bargained for. I greatly appreciate the work they did and will be using them in the future before the house gets bad again.

I called Ken's Gutters to inquire about a standard gutter cleaning. To my surprise, they were able to get me in that afternoon! The service was affordable especially for the amount of work we needed, the service technician was friendly, quick, informative, and left nothing behind. They take photos before and after so you have assurance and can also learn, too! We plan to use Ken's Gutters moving forward as part of our home maintenance plan. Our gutters were really bad and likely had never been cleaned - plants were growing with roots. We are so appreciative!
