Josh came to my home and we did a walk through I explained my concerns he answered all questions and concerns. Wonderful customer service as well as very professional! I have a puppy that’s not house broken yet and Josh used a sanitation spray that literally took the smell away ! Today it’s about 75-80 degrees with the door open you could smell the urination and after Josh was done the smell was gone! Again great customer service and I would definitely recommend to family and friends! Great price as well!

We had our office carpet and tile cleaned this weekend, and we were not very hopeful that the carpet was even cleanable. We were so pleasantly surprised this morning to find the carpet and tile were clean beyond our expectations. Even the stains on our carpeted kitchen were all gone! RJ and Lazaro came and got right to work, left things neat and tidy, and all in all did and amazing job! Thank you, Josh and team for a wonderful job!

Very glad I called a local, veteran owned business instead of one of the bigger guys! They were on time, efficient and took great care of cleaning my couch/chair and keeping the work area clean. Did a fabulous job, my couch looks like new again! Thanks so much and I'll definitely call them again.

Joshua did an amazing job. He took his time to clean everything perfectly. Didn’t rush and showed attention to detail. Our carpets and tile look so beautiful now. He showed up on time. Is also very reasonably priced. We highly recommended Superior Tile & Carpet and will definitely use them again.

Had 2 area rugs cleaned by a different company and when we picked them up and put them down they smelled like a dirty ash tray. Contacted Superior and they came to the house to clean them. When finished cleaning I could actually smell the pleasant odor of a clean rug even better the next morning!

Today was our first time using Superior and we are very happy with the results. RJ arrived on time and did a wonderful job. Our bedrooms, staircase runner and chair look and smell beautiful.

Josh came out, on time! Communication was great. My carpets look thoroughly refreshed and he was able to remove a few stubborn stains that I thought I was stuck with after numerous attempts on my on.

I called and spoke to Josh on Monday and he had somebody at my house Tuesday afternoon. RJ cleaned quickly, but took time to explain to me what was going on with my Upholstry. They cleaned area rugs, and some upholstery. Great job and will definitely use them again.

Very quick and professional service!! Highly recommend!! We needed the floors professionally cleaned for the condo we purchased that was previously a rental unit on the beach. They brought 4 workers and equipment and did a great job in less than 3 hours.
