Josh got us on the schedule very quickly. He communicated his timing and arrival was within the window. Josh set up without any issues and did a great job with cleaning our sectional sofa. highly recommend - great service and value.

Josh and his crew did a wonderful job cleaning the carpets in my condo. They even went a further and polished the tile entry way on their way out. excellent work. Their prices were also far lower than other companies. I recommend Superior Tile and Carpet any day.

I told them when I made the appointment that parking was limited and offered them my carport. They said no one of the vans wouldn’t fit but then they said yes they have a band that will fit. They will send that one. They didn’t so I had to wait another almost 45 minutes for somebody to come and their van didn’t fit either. If you have two different size vans and you know it’s not gonna fit under the carport. Please don’t send a big one.RJ Did a great job was very efficient very friendly and if not for his efforts, you would’ve gotten three stars

RJ, the young man who cleaned my rugs, was on time, polite and thorough. Two of the three rugs were in dire need of cleaning and I wasn't too hopeful that Superior would be able to do much. But, what a happy surprise! The difference was amazing! I highly recommend Superior Tile & Carpet Care!

My carpets look better than they have ever looked! RJ did a fantastic job! He was very friendly and professional. No one has been able to get my carpets or tile floors clean the way Superior Tile has. My carpet had stains that were tough to get out and he was able to get them out and looks like new! Loved our experience using Superior Tile & Carpet Care to clean our terrazzo floors. While a full grind and polish was strongly recommended by a terrazzo company (to the tune of $4k+, not in our budget right now), Josh was up front about how clean they could get the floor in the meantime and we were really pleased with the result! His team went above and beyond on the cleaning and got us in super quickly to save us from having to move our furniture twice. Highly recommend!
