I had a water leak in my pool. Lewis came out promptly and using high tech leak equipment found the leak in my pool light rather quickly. He had to dive in 60 degree water to fix the leak with the air temp at 60 degrees. Lewis is very knowledgeable and explained the steps he was doing to find the problem. I highly recommend him. 10 stars! I’ve been hiring pool services for the past 10 years in Florida, have worked with over 10 of them and this has been by far the best. Lewis spent 30 mins with me showing me everything I need to know about how the pool works, got it from completely green with tons of debris on the bottom to sparkling clean in less than a week. Knowledgeable, always on time, and does a great job.

We called Lewys Thanksgiving week for a leak around the pool pump and filter. He came out the next day and diagnosed the issue immediately. We didn’t realize after getting a new pool that we have to clean our big filter once a month, plus one of the pump knobs was not fastened correctly. Lewys cleaned out our big filter, tightened the knob appropriately - and it’s like new again! The pumps are flowing at a pressure we haven’t had once we have gotten the pool, the pool is the cleanest it’s ever been, and there are no leaks around the pump! You want Lewys on your Team! We highly recommend LR Pool Cleaning for fast, reliable, consistent work! He even gave us maintenance tips to keep everything running clean and smoothly. 10/10

I’ve used this service several times for my rental clean outs. They’ve always been on time and do a good job and even helped with some details I never thought of. One of these days I’ll get them into my own house to clean.

They are on time and do a great job. Dustin really puts his all into it. They go above and beyond and are always pushing to make it better for their clients.

My building uses this service for cleaning the hallways, elevators, etc .. There are a lot of air b&b’s so the place can get very dirty very quickly and Sam is very nice and always does a great job with a smile on her face! She is very appreciated here! :)

They quoted me a price and agreed to come on a specified date. On the first clean only one of the cleaners came in almost an hour late wanting to check out the supplies he might need. Went out to his truck and never came back in. Instead the text message came from the coordinator saying they ran behind another job and do not have time needed to do my property that day. Offered to come on another day instead. I was furious beyond words! Told them I will contact them back once I calm down from being stood up with no notice especially when the cleaner did show up! Did not want to text or talk incase I say something I regret later.

My mistake was I did contact them again few days later. They sent in a teenager to clean my home. That kid took over 5 hours and even then she wasn't done. She had to call another cleaner, same age, to help her out. Together they somehow managed to complete the task. After they left I noticed many flaws. Considering the cleaners were teenagers I overlooked those thinking they will be able to do a better job next time since I now have them on a biweekly rotation. It was wrong of me to make such an assumption.

When making the payment online I noticed I was being billed for more than what I was quoted. Texted back and forth to figure out the reason. Since I had already utilized the service I did pay what was being asked even though I did not agree with their reason. I shouldn't have paid. Another mistake.

Two weeks later on the appointed date, the service was cancelled yet again for some unforeseen reason!! I made sure they know it is their second time canceling on me on the day of clean and the third time I will cancel them altogether since they had gone ahead and sent me calendar reminds for next many months. They promised they will come next week.

By now I was just curious to see what they would do the third time. As expected on the day of the appointment the text came in canceling for the third time saying their cleaner had to be taken to the hospital with a broken foot, therefore they cannot come the third time either.

Obviously I cancelled their service after this. Do not recommend it. Highly unprofessional.

Shawn, my house was being cleaned regularly and you yourself agreed I did not need that initial deep cleaning. As for garage and patio cleaning, it was discussed at our meeting and you quoted the price knowing about these requirements. Yes, it is needed at every clean. I did not ask your cleaners to do anything that was not previously discussed.
Yes, it is unfortunate that we are going through COVID phase but we cannot blame everything to COVID. I really am sorry about your employee's foot. I hope he/she is feeling better. I do not ever leave any negative response especially for a small business but this time your business caused me problems three times. Now that I had time to think it through, thought you should know about it.

Scheduled a deep cleaning appointment for 01/29/2023 at 1:00pm. I even called on Friday, 01/27/2023, to confirm everyone was on the same page. I was told they don't usually schedule appointments on Sundays (although the online calendar allows for weekend appointments) but it would be kept as planned. The gentleman even went as far as to say we need to "declutter" the house to make it easier for the cleaner. Needless to say, the cleaner never showed. I called at 2pm and then sent a text to Shawn Rigney. Mr. Rigney stated that the cleaner was "delayed at a previous job that took up a good percentage of her time". Why did I have to reach out to him? If in fact the cleaner was delayed, why wasn't I contacted or advised of the delay? Mr. Rigney further stated "Do you have availability if she's able to start at 5:00pm and work until completion?" I find the entire situation very suspect and unprofessional. Mr. Rigney should have been more proactive with his service and updated me with any delays. The client should not have to call and then reschedule the appointment on the fly. I understand its not easy to operate a business nowadays, but honesty and integrity goes a long way.

Stellar Cleaning is hands down the best business I’ve ever used. Shawn and Dustin are the most professional and down to earth people I have ever met. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Steller is a great company that
provide janitor service & light
maintenance service. Some
owners don’t see all that they do
besides janitorial services. Steller
also provide Associations with
light maintenance jobs (like
replacing down sprouts, adding
dirt to condo area 604, replacing
light bulbs, etc.)
which unfortunately does not
show up in their daily report that
condo owners would see. Their
annual contract dollar value is not
increased with added light
maintenance jobs. We disagree
with others that think that they are
gouging or not doing their job.
