I just gave five stars to Jessie and MM overall but today (2/3/20) Lupe and Michelle completed everything and Lupe even had to tackle my makeup area (which I left a MESS) bc we were hurried to be somewhere.
Our tile floors were spotless (I walk around inside in barefeet so I KNOW this is true!)

I cannot speak highly enough of Brittany C and Lea H. They came out last Saturday on a 'reclean" after we had a very bad experience with the first "cleaner" they had sent out two weeks before. I don't know her name but she was terrible. I was charged $390.00 and still had a dirty house. Brittany C and Lea H made it right, I was very impressed with these two gals and look forward to working with them again in the future! Great job gals!

Faith never fails on cleaning my house every 2 weeks. She is always thorough in our 4 bedroom home with 3 kids. So thankful each time she comes.

Paid for 4 hour service. Specified cleaning baseboards and they were left grimy. Not all furniture was dusted, stained stainless kitchen sink with their products was stained. Never cleaned behind or under living room furniture. Runner I asked to be cleaned in all sliding door closets were not touched. You CAN NOT DUST BASEBOARDS and have them clean! Very disappointed in this service. I ordered a deep clean for $215.. a 1000 sq. Ft. Home. Inferior light cleaning. Never again. .

I had company including their 70 lb. Lab dog. My home required a lot of extra cleaning effort especially the floors. KATIE R. was up to the challenge. KATIE was thorough and conscientious. Her hard work showed. I am very pleased.

Have been using MaidPro and more specifically Grisel to clean my home for multiple years now. It is always an amazing clean. The company and Grisel has always gone above and beyond for me. From simple changes to my clean, to helping me find missing items, to when disaster could have struck my house to using quick thinking and response was able to avoid it. They came to the front door and said they were given a different assignment; would not be able to clean. Their office manager called me and said there were things in the house Maid Pro couldn’t clean ( the cleaners never even entered the Condo). Office manager assures me they won’t charge for the non-clean. Next day I get a $50 charge. Been calling to get my refund. The company doesn’t even have the courtesy of calling me back. Now the keep sending me a reminder that they are coming to clean ( or not clean and still charge $50).
HORRIBLE Company to deal with. GiVE ME Back my $50.

Absolute let down. Bought a home and called MaidPro to give it a nice good clean. Paid for two people to come out, for 3 hours (apx $300). When I met with the employee (only one was there on arrival) I explained that the house is not terrible we just want it nice and clean prior to moving in. Explained that I wanted simple things like fan dusting to be done. Only ONE out of five fans were dusted and that was the bedroom fan. I was also told that windows (except for sliding doors) could not be cleaned, however the frames and tracks would be cleaned... there was not a finger laid on the tracks or frames and the sliding glass door remains streaky. Residue from the previous owners shampoo bottles still remains in the showers. I am unsure what the employees did for the two hours that they were at my home.

We have been very pleased with Maid Pro for over 3 years now. Grisel is the best and Bertina and her make a dynamic team. Extremely pleased every week and thankful for their thoroughness!
