Horrible customer service. I've used Maidpro in the past and would thought I would give them another try, but now I remember why I stopped using them. One of the cleaning ladies actually spent time folding towels into swans and other animals but left other areas uncleaned. And, Angie in the office is the most rude and unprofessional person I've ever spoken to on the phone. If I were her boss, she wouldn't have a job any longer.

I have been using MaidPro for about 2 years and they never fail to impress me. I am a stickler for cleanliness. Lately, JENNIFER K. has been cleaning my home and she is fantastic. Thank-you Jennifer!

We have been very happy with Maidpro. Our previous pro Dee. was recently promoted, which she undoubtedly deserved because she was excellent. Our new pro, Harue, is also excellent and we are happy to have her here cleaning our home. Thank you!

UPDATE... I've been a customer since 2019, and the level of service provided by most of the cleaning staff has consistently been high. However, I have decided to discontinue services due to the following reasons:

1. Lack of Communication: In the past, I greatly appreciated proactive updates when the requested cleaner was unavailable or would be delayed. Unfortunately, this proactive communication has declined over the past year, requiring me to follow up to obtain necessary information.

2. Late Arrival Times: On several occasions, cleaners arrived later than expected, which interfered with family activities. A notable instance occurred on New Year’s Eve, when the cleaning extended into the evening without prior approval.

3. Inconsistent Cleaner Assignments: A consistent cleaner has been a critical requirement due to my medically fragile son’s needs. This was communicated at the start of our service in 2019 and reiterated multiple times recently. While the earlier years of service often provided a consistent cleaner for several months, this has not been the case over the past year.

While I truly appreciate the assistance and high-quality cleaning over the years, these challenges have made it difficult to continue the service in a way that aligns with my family’s needs.

I’m still reeling from my cleaning service today! Natalie again did an excellent job in every area of my home. I’m a real stickler for detail and a clean freak and she always exceeds my expectations. I feel very fortunate to have her on my account and of course the whole MaidPro team.

I have tried other companies and have found MaidPro to one of the best. My pro, LEXI is great! She is on timely, conscientious, trustworthy and works really hard the entire time she is here at my home. Thank you MaidPro for choosing LEXI to be one of the faces of your company. She represents you very well.

We love Laura H. She’s always on time and is such a thorough cleaner. We’ve been a Maid Pro Customer for five years and Laura is always our first choice. Ask for her if you want your house cleaned by a true professional!!!

We have our house cleaned bi-weekly using MaidPro. I have to give a shout-out to our pro cleaner Harue - she is absolutely amazing!!! She cleans the entire house so nicely and is so detailed in her work and somehow she does it all so efficiently. We appreciate her hard work! Thank you Harue!

We are very happy to have Maid Pro Sara in our house. I'm not a good housekeeper, so when the COVID struck and the house was left to me for tender loving care, it only got worse! Sara is timely, very quiet (of course she's wearing a mask, so talking is difficult at best). She's very nice and we're delighted.

We have had the team of Katie and Laura come clean our place for the past 3 months. These two polite and diligent young ladies have shown up promptly, been friendly and courteous, and have cleaned the place to a sparkling shine each time they come. We only had to tell them on their first visit that the kitties were indoors only, and where the hotspots were, and they remember and hit those spots thoroughly each time they come. I love the ease of using MaidPro Clearwater and will continue to use them for a long time to come; it's so nice to have good reliable and caring people we can trust in our home, so kudos to MaidPro Clearwater for hiring well, and especially to Katie and Laura for being such a help to us!

Great experience from beginning to end. Amanda in the office was very quick and easy to communicate with via email. Then Jacque came for the cleaning and did an amazing job. Our apartment was fairly disgusting and now it looks great for the new tenants. Plus, she finished in just 2.5 hours compared to the estimated 4 hours. Pricing was very reasonable as well. Would highly recommend MaidPro.

Very professional cleaning service! In fact, the most professional I’ve had so far! The owner Todd was really attentive when I called and cleaning pros were on-time and cheerful when they arrived. They even went above & beyond looking at how to wash couch covers first so that they would be dry when they were done cleaning the house & vacuuming the cushions to put back on. So impressive! Really loved the service! Thank you!

My house was an absolute mess. Ashley showed up on time with smile and made sure i was well taken care of.

She was very hard working and very friendly. She addressed every one of my concerns and made sure I was happy. I will absolutely continue using MaidPro and would recommend them anytime to anyone.

Jenny has been our cleaner for several months and we are very satisfied! She’s always on-time and does a great job. I have a few chemical sensitivities and she has been very accommodating about using a different product for me too. We love Fridays after Jenny leaves, our house is always sparkling. And we have 2 big dogs so that says a lot:)

I researched many house cleaning services in the St. Pete area. MaidPro is, by far, the most professional and reasonably priced cleaning service. I would recommend using them, don't look any further. I loved Ava & asked that she clean for me once per month. She left my home looking like a five star hotel. The communication and follow up is quick, and everyone on staff is friendly and professional.

We have been using MaidPro for probably 7+ years now! Always impressed with their service and appreciate their consistency. Special shoutout to Lynell and Yainiel for their amazing deep clean yesterday. With two small kids at home, they definitely had their work cut out for them. Thank you!!
