Jani King always does a great job in keeping up with all the different events, our aquarium public areas and staff messes. The floor crew are wonderful, from vinyl to carpet!! Alfredo is excellent to work with!

Eddie Frias and his team have been cleaning our office facility for many years. They are very punctual and do a great job at keeping our heavily used office space (4,000 sq. Bought a Cleaning Franchise through them in 2009 and it was by far the worst investment ever! So many office workers come and go people dont respond right away to your help desk calls,and the fees are crazy when they take out the deduction for the fees it just doesn't add up we are like their employees but we pay our on taxes and do all the paperwork. Like you are an independent contractor not an owner of a business and they have people come in and inspect your work. It was an overall bad experience! We had more loss than profit at the end of the year!

Eric Hipolit and his team have been cleaning our corporate office facilities for a couple of years now. They consistently provide exceptional service. We have never had anyone do such a remarkable job on our VTC tile floors and carpet cleaning. The prices are fair and the service is outstanding.

Eddie Akon and his crew have been cleaning our 6500 sq. ft. clinic for years. Eddie takes a personal interest in making sure our needs have been met and expectations exceeded. We have had consistently great service from his team! I know if ever I have an issue (which is rare), I can count on Eddie being on top of it immediately. We have a high volume of patients passing through our clinic every day which can create quite a mess to clean up at the end of the day. We always return to a clean and orderly clinic every morning. Jani King was a great cleaning service for us. Due to COVID, we remained working from home, but that was the only reason we are still not using them. They have an incredible staff as well, shout out to Shane and the whole team. If you are in need of a great cleaner, give them a call :)

BEWARE! This company is a scam. Their cleaners do a horrible job. We used them for almost 3 years and that was 2 years too long. The workers would bring their kids to my building and have them take out the trash..what? I bet they were no more than 10 years old. Wanted to cancel the contract and owner wanted to charge last month cleaning as a cancellation fee. Crazy, after 3 years that’s how you treat customers? Absolutely no loyalty. What a lousy company ran by crooks. Save your money and pass on them, you will be happier in the long run!

Jani-King has been cleaning multiple of our Tampa locations for many years. They have always done a wonderful job and their response time is amazing. When you deal with so many locations and oversee so many vendors it can become a circus, Jani-King is always taking things off of my shoulders never adding on. Not a vendor I have to babysit and I am extremely greatful for them. If it wasn't for Carmen I would have lost my mind long ago.
