First time clean
Second and third time not so much...
Promised a discount $30 for last time, they tried to reschedule just 2 hrs before they were scheduled, so I terminated. Never gotten my $30.

Christy and Yolanda were amazing today. Very respectful and sweet. Very hardworkers and left my apartment feeling like new!! Will definitely be setting up my service regularly.

Hired you've got maids for a deep clean and was told there would be two cleaners at $98 per hour, with an expected clean time of 2 hours. Without communicating with me they sent three cleaners and took over 3 hours of clean time. So instead of $200, I was charged almost $500! And although the clean seemed good, it was definitely not a deep clean! I discussed with them before they began that I wanted the baseboards, tops of ceiling fans, and tops of door frames done, none of which happened. The deep clean did not include kitchen appliances as there would be an extra fee for that. I paid a $50 deposit on a credit card days prior to the clean. There is an extra fee for paying on credit card so I had intended to pay the remainder with a check after services were rendered. The cleaners left without announcing they were leaving, (leaving two bags of garbage on my front stoop), so I called the company for instructions on payment. I was told they were just going to use the credit card they had on file. I never gave them permission to keep my card on file for any future purchases other than the $50 deposit. This cost $300 more than what was discussed and what I had budgeted for, and I didn't even get a deep clean! These pictures were taken by the next cleaner I hired to redo the deep clean just a couple days after You've Got Maids was there.

My situation is that I am in and out of town, I share my house we other family members and I needed some help cleaning it.
You've Got Maids fit the bill. The initial consultation was very comforting and the scheduling fit my life style perfectly.
My first cleaning experience was perfect. I am sitting in a lovely clean home, all set to share it with my sons.
Instead of working on housecleaning I now have time for other duties.
I look forward to furthering this relationship.

I'm mixed on what review to leave. I have used the deep clean service twice and both were very different.

First time, May 2024. It was my first time using a professional service. I was nervous! I hassled my family for days to get their items picked up! By the day of, my kids rooms were not picked up like I'd like. When the cleaners arrived I said the kids didn't clean their rooms so don't worry about it. They cleaned them! These ladies were like well oiled machines, put the kids rooms in order, cleaned floors, bathrooms, ceiling fans and every surface. I was so happy! Their work is not cheap but not outrageous, $60 per hr per cleaner and they sent a team of 2, a 3 hr deep clean for $360 which was what they quoted me. It was worth it!

Since then, we are working more and the house has grown neglected. We keep up with the day to day but dust was gathering and I was tired of fighting with my family every weekend to clean the house! I decided to get a deep clean to reset the house, then every other week. I was so excited. I called You've got Maids because they did such an amazing job last time!

They came yesterday and my experience was less then stellar. I want to be clear that my complaint is not the cleaners - they were polite and did a good job but they were slower than the first team. It seemed like one of them was training.

About 2 hours in a supervisor came. She looked around, talked to them for a couple of minutes, then told me that it would take an extra hr. I wasn't thrilled, as that brings my total price to $480. Same house, but this time 2/3 kids rooms were picked up. The third kids rooms we had been working on, so there was a big pile of crap by the closet which I told them not to worry about organizing unless they had time. Overall the house was in better condition this time. Still, I agreed to the extra hour figuring it wasn't unreasonable considering there was a lot to do, we are a family of 5 plus pets.

They worked until about 3 hours and 15 minutes when the lead cleaner came again and told me they would need even more time, over the 4 hrs. I told her I can't agree to another hr ($600) and they should finish up what they can in the 4 hrs. I told her honestly I was disappointed that it was taking more time/money this time, but I was going to end up with less than what the first cleaners got done in 3 hrs. She told me to call her manager. I did, and explained that I can't agree to more than 4 hrs, and my disappointment that I would be paying a more for less this time as they still wouldn't finish everything in time. The manager told me she would call the owner. She called back minutes later & told me the owner said I could pay for the extra or they would stop at 4 hrs. I told her it was fine, stop at 4.

At 4 hrs and 6 minutes, the ladies were mopping their way out my door, and I got another call from the manager. This is where the problem started! She said she was charging me for 4.5 hrs. I said no, I agreed to 4. She said they had been there 4.5, I said no they were a couple of minutes past the 4, and that I already stated to work the 4 and thats it, not my fault they chose to work a few minutes past that? She told me they had clocked out but were still at my house, they need to leave. I told her that's something they needed to talk to her staff about. I was BAFFLED that she expected me to kick them out or something? The manager was rude. The cleaners were great and clearly apologetic.

My house looks much better but there was dust / cobwebs left in all the living spaces and none of the ceiling fans were cleaned like last time.

I don't mind that they sent someone in training, everyone has to learn, but it's unfair to charge the same rate/extra time when it was their speed, not my home that caused it. I also think it won't be good to get the biweekly if the management expects me to manage the staff. The cleaners were doing the right thing and trying to finish the job that I paid for. The manager was completely out of place for the way she spoke to me and trying to force me into paying more than agreed.

Esperanza & Ariana did an excellent job. They were punctual on arrival and got started right away. They were both very pleasant and made sure that I checked everything and made sure I was satisfied with their work.

The gals always do a great job! I originally had them do a construction clean up and I was so impressed. I mean the house was so dusty I was overwhelmed. Now I have them come monthly and I'm just so happy to relax and not spend hours cleaning especially after so much work travel. It's definitely worth every penny..

I am very pleased with the work of my team. Having help with the work around my home is a very big deal.
