Update: The person responding to this review again telling half truths. My wife contacted them about issues with the cleaning and was blown off as "things get missed in a big house" so she decided to give you another chance by scheduling the next cleaning. Again, I did not shut the door in anyones face. Your cleaner started to walk away and I went back into my house. I am the one who paid you via Zelle after you provided an invoice saying to pay you through Zelle. It sat in pending for almost 2 weeks. I even emailed you stating as much and never heard anything back from you.

Half the cleaning in our house was done well, the other half was done poorly. When we signed up we were told our first deep clean was free and then the maids asked for payment upon completion. There was some confusion and I told the maids to have their boss call me to clear it up. They charged a cleaning fee on top of the deep clean and I attempted to pay them via Zelle which they said they supported. Their Zelle didn't work and we informed them. They never did anything or got back to us. They never came to correct the cleaning issues. When we tried to schedule our next appointment the cleaning lady lied saying, "He slammed the door in our face when we asked for payment." This is a bold faced lie and shows the companies true colors. They don't follow through with promises, don't clean well, and lie about their customers. Avoid this business.
