Primescape takes care of one of the community's where I live. It's Sand Pebble Pointe in Port Richey. The quality of the work done by this company is well below par. Excuses are equipment broke or not enough help. There's no excuse for the way this place looks. The one star is only because you have to give at least one to post.

Office staff, account managers, and the lawn crew are awesome. They all do their best to give excellent customer service and professional lawn services.

This company does our MHP , The Supervisor & his Supervisor can't even get these off their phone long enough to do the correct job , I'm a female & could do better, Oh & Not to mention they accept No Constructive Criticism or they have major attitudes,, I have pictures of them sleeping not on lunch break either, always on their phone, how do u hear over a lawn mower, I would Never reccomend this company, they are Useless!!!

Prime-Scape Services was detailed from the detailed estimate through the completion of their job. They went above and beyond and were professional and a pleasure to do business with.

Damage my car and they want more prove of them doing the damage. Clearly i only can send you pictures or the damage but they were still working in the area.

We have used Primescape for our tree needs multiple times at multiple properties and have always been very happy with their service's and work. We've had them go to properties South as Clearwater and as North as Hudson.

they were hired to spray the lawn and we ended up getting chinch bugs and fungus. they were called several times about brown spots and holes in lawn we were told just a little fungus and they sprayed for that. The problem only got worse so we had another company come out . Now were are dealing with a bigger expence of getting rid of chinch bugs. One more thing their customer service needs a little make over. So now they want their money on top of all the other expences of having to hire a new company. I don't recommend this company

Hired to remove the number of trees and various trimmings they did half the job and left without finishing. My wife called to speak with them and was told that it would not be until Monday that they would come out. Michael hung up on her. I called them and was told they would be out today to finish the job. They just did not show up. I called multiple times with no answer. They are not professional at all

This company is the worst! I live in a MHP - they start at 7AM when they have been told not to... they ruined all the downspouts with the trimming, and recently chopped down a cactus and other plantings in my garden. They rarely clean up and have no consistency in the times or dates they service. I would never recommend them... we have called the management and get yes we'll address that - and never do.

I have been very pleased with my interactions with the owner in all projects that he's completed for me. I would highly recommend his company to others.
