Our lawn was turning into a disaster with the terrible service from another lawn care company and I was ready to spend $2,500 on sod to try to get it back in shape. A neighbor suggested Prime-Scape and within a couple months, the lawn is back in shape. Prime-Scape did exactly what they said they would do, on time and with professional, knowledgeable and friendly personnel.

We had a great experience with Primescape. It was hot and post Irma, but the workers did a great job and were friendly and professional removing several large trees that came down during the storm. Well run company.

I had this company come out and remove a tree. They did a great job at a great price. I then learned that they also do pest control and lawns/landscape. Pretty cool, one stop shop. They gave me a great deal to have all three services that was a no brainer. Hired them, so far everything is great!

This company takes care of a trailer park I live in in Largo. They tore up a peace of myproperty outside and we’re not gonna say anything about it, when I got hold of the area manager Andy he told me he would look into it and that was three months ago. I’ve repeatedly called and he went as far as to say he would meet me one Friday needless to say I took a day off work waiting for him he never showed as far as I’m concerned there are way more better companies out there that are willing to do a better job beware of this company!!!

We live in Paradise Island Park 1 at Lake Haven in Dunedin Fl. We had our yards cut yesterday and I just want to commend the crew that worked around our property at #49. Last week whoever the crew was did a sub par at best job. Weeds were not trimmed and mowing was done at such a high speed that they missed so much grass. The crew yesterday took their time and I didn’t have to go out and weed wack what was missed. I really hope we get the crew back from yesterday morning every week. Great job guys from a very happy resident.

Great service!!! The manager, David, promptly responds when I have a question. We never lived in this type of weather, that is why David has had to explain bugs and things to me probably more than once or twice! He's been a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Prime-Scape mainly because of David and the technician, Ron!!!!!

Professional service & knowledge! I thought my Rain Bird was malfunctioning & it turns out misprogrammed. Andy came out within 48 hours & fixed it for me! Would highly recommend giving them a call!

I'm not a customer, but Prime Scape trimmed my neighbor's tree. When I was receiving quotes every service I contacted told me my neighbors tree needs to be removed, one even spoke with my neighbors directly. The neighbor ended up telling me they spoke with Prime Scape and were told their tree doesn't need to be removed (like everyone else told me), and that they would be having it trimmed. I considered getting a quote from them too but quickly decided not to after seeing the quality of work done on their tree. Had you not known what it looked like before you wouldn't know it had been trimmed, large branches were removed but the overall structure of the tree seems very concerning and I can still see dead branches attached. The service I ended up choosing even commented on what poor work was done on that tree, and how it really shouldn't have been trimmed. It's worth it to spend a little more money on quality work and find someone you feel you can trust to be honest if your tree is in bad shape.

Prime Scapes Services removed 2 trees from the front of our building. They were professional, prompt and efficient. The smaller bushes encircling the trees were not harmed. They cut the trees and ground the stumps, replaced the soil and mulch. Cleanup of the area was immaculate.

I am very satisfied with Prime-Scape Services in which I have relied on for many years. I recommend them highly with praiseworthy initiative and perseverance. My technician, Ron does an outstanding job and I find him very reliable and dependable. I feel very bless to have their services.

We use Prime-Scape Services to maintain our grounds and for pest control. The entire staff has been incredible and the owner Tim is fantastic to work with. They do a great job and have gone over and beyond everything we have requested. As a nonprofit, they have worked with us in providing a service that meets our budget. I can't say enough about how wonderful Victor, Tim, Theresa, Silvina, and all the other staff have been.

STAY AWAY! Non-stop issues w/pool service from tech missing a week(s) randomly or not being rescheduled for inclement weather instead skipping the week entirely yet still charged, telling us that there's a pool leak then spending $500 from a leak finding company only to be told the pool simply needed water - no leaks! Then other calls to try to upsell repairs for yet another misdiagnosis. Thankfully we had other honest pool repair people w/the ability to fix what actually was the issue, which was completely different from Primes diagnosis. Another time, I
called a week in advance to cancel the following week but they still charged regardless. Any phone correspondence w/staff, most of whom commented the owner is very difficult, does not budge on anything, which confirmed our dealings w/the owner. We're snowbirds needing to be able to trust the people hired and this failed on so many levels. I'm not the only here that has had bad experiences w/this company/owner. RUN!

Prime Scape took over our pool service when they bought previous company out. The service quality kept dropping to the point we started monitoring the tech they where sending out via cameras , if he would show. You can not reach them on the phone, and you can not get return calls. The final straw is when they tried double charging us a month. We sent them documentation that the invoice had not only been paid but they also cashed the check ( pulled bank records). Response... well don't know what to tell you. Again sent them invoice they stated not paid, cashed check with invoice and thought we were resolved. Cancelled service went our way. Year later they sent us to collections for same invoice. Now they don't even respond to the company they hired. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Prime Scape Services did an amazing job on my yard for spring clean up! I went with his recommendations and the outcome greatly exceeded my expectations! Very professional and easy to work, highly recommend.

Prime Scape Services Inc. was recently selected to provide landscaping services for our condo community. As President of the association I have had the ability to work with this organization on a number of projects. The result of their efforts have been excellent. Each project got the oversight and quality of work that one with high expectations expects. Their response time has been excellent and their interaction with their customer has been receptive, friendly and service oriented. We made the right decision.

These guys have been working next to my house all day. The heat has been unbearable, but they finished the job. Steve is worth his weight in gold, more than his actual weight. He has been climbing the tree, shoveling and working constantly.

Our condominium association has recently contracted with Prime-Scape Services to handle all of our landscaping needs for the entire complex. We have had nothing but positive interactions with the staff and management since we started working with them. From contract negotiations through the hands-on work that the landscape team has been doing, everything has been positive, professional, collaborative, thorough and accommodating. The landscape crew is experienced and efficient. The sales manager and crew supervisor have been very easy to work with and have been flexible to our needs. Customer service is obviously important to them. We look forward to a long working relationship with Prime-Scape Services.
