I have used Charlie's Cleaning Angels for five years for my home as well as for a rental property and I could not be more appreciative of the service and attention to detail that this company has provided. The owner is responsive to communication and the employees are kind and courteous! Couldn't ask for more!

The transaction started out fine- the owner came and did a walk through I discussed the things that were important to me. We agreed to a $500 deep clean of my $2,400 ft² house. Two contracted cleaners showed up and spent 3 hours here nothing was moved it was a typical regular clean, many things were missed such as countertops not being wiped down with a wet cloth just dry. A drink ring was still on the countertop the bathroom countertops were still dirty. When I complained to the owner I asked for half of the money back and he said he doesn't do that -he would send the clean back- which at that point was very frustrating because I can tell they didn't even know they were here to do a deep clean. When they returned they confirmed that they were not told it was a deep clean it was just a regular clean. They did correct the basic tasks that I noticed but at that point it would have been completely starting over since they didn't lift rugs or move anything or do a deep clean. He also pays his contracted cleaners basically minimum wage and tells them not to move anything and to clean quickly. Do not hire this company for a deep clean. It is exactly the same as a regular clean and you won't get even a partial refund for not doing the agreed upon job.

The absolute best cleaners around! We use them for our short term rental property which has often turnovers and they are always accommodating! Even letting us know when we need to restock our common items, any damages, sending us photos, etc. If you’re even slightly debating, look no further!!! We absolutely recommend them!

The transaction started off good. Good communication. We asked for our 1570sf home to be deep cleaned prior to us moving in. Was quoted $600 $100 per hour for 3 cleaners). I honestly didn’t think the house needed 18 hours of cleaning but he said if it was less then he would send a new invoice. I received the invoice for the full $600 and paid it before I even got to the house to look at the cleaning job. When I got to the house there was multiple things not cleaned (the stove, blinds, window tracts, floors, etc). There was absolutely NO way there was 18 hours worth of cleaning done. I contacted the owner and he said he would send someone out on Monday to clean up. Monday came and went and no communication after multiple texts sent to him. Very unprofessional, would NOT recommend. No communication, no refund, no cleaners to finish the job. I could’ve done the same cleaning in 1/2 the time for sure. Do not waste your money hiring them unless you have money to waste.

I wish I could give them -1 stars. This is THE most unprofessional business I’ve ever dealt with. These ladies came to my house and did an absolutely terrible job. Mind you, my house was brand new—there wasn’t much to do. All they needed to do was clean up the dust from the construction.

When I called back to explain the situation, the owner was extremely rude and refused to address their mistakes. After a few minutes of talking with her, I realized this was going nowhere. It got to the point where she told me to clean it myself. How does that make sense? How can I pay for a service when it was done so poorly?

Anyway, I strongly recommend considering another cleaning company. These people will only give you a headache.

Charlie’s cleaning angels did an amazing job doing a move out clean for my apartment. High my recommend and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Charlie's Cleaning Angels are the best around. I run an Airbnb and have dealt with many cleaners... trust me when I say that this team is the best in the Tampa Bay area. Extremely professional communication and presentation, thorough cleanings, solid price... everything I've been looking for. When issues arise with the listing due to Airbnbs guests not following certain rules, this team solves them calmly and patiently. Thanks to them I don't have to worry much about my Airbnb anymore!

Service is spot on! The company is very communicative about your appointments. Our cleaner was early and they called to make sure that was OK. She worked so hard making everything was perfect. My small dog loved her and any time he barked she handled it with professional kindness. I am looking forward to coming home to a clean house with future services.

EDIT: I received a call from the company’s manager, who explained there was a billing issue with their payment system. I had been mistakenly overcharged, but they promptly resolved it by issuing a refund for the difference. I really appreciate how proactive and communicative they were throughout the process. They handled it professionally and efficiently.

We hired Clean-Nest Cleaning for biweekly home cleaning services, initially quoted (over the phone) at $140 per visit, which we found reasonable for a 2 bed 2 bath cleaning. During the first cleaning, however, the housekeeper contacted the office to request an additional 30 minutes of work, which increased the cost to $165. We were assured this would be a one-time adjustment and that future visits would revert to the original $140 rate.

Unfortunately, we were billed $165 again after the second cleaning, without prior notice or clarification, leading us to believe this higher rate had become standard. This lack of transparency was concerning.

Domitriy and his wife are excellent and out so much care and attention into there work.
They cleaned all my couches, chairs and rugs.
Would highly recommend them to everyone

I wish I remembered the name of the gentleman that came to do my area rugs and couch, he was VERY nice. He was professional and thorough. From the very first interaction I had with the company until the cleaning was very good. They were quick to resond and ask the appropriate questions, etc. I just wish that the corners of the couches had come out "better" . They are cream/beige in color and they are only 3 years old. I have them covered being I have two frenchies. He "treated" the corners but I expected them to look "new". They look brighter for sure but not what I saw the last time I had them clearned. Other than that the area rugs came out AMAZING as well as the cushions on the couch! I would recommend them to others.

Darya did the most amazing job! We walked into our apartment and we were blown away. Everything was completely spotless and it was easy to tell that she treated our home like it was her own.
